⭐ “One of the Worst McDonald’s Experiences We’ve Had”
From ordering to picking up our food, this visit was rough. Our order wasn’t made correctly, we were missing items, and when we went inside to let them know, the attitudes from the employees made it even more frustrating.
No one seemed to know what food went where, and the confusion behind the counter was honestly surprising. I know it’s just McDonald’s, but I’ve never had a fast-food experience this disorganized before.
We finally got the rest of our food, but the customer service and overall experience definitely left a bad impression. Not the quick and easy stop we were hoping for.

The last few times we have come to this location, it’s always an excuse as to why our food gets messed up, forgotten, or the service takes at least 30 minutes in the drive thru for a drink!! This is absolute bs!!! Something needs to happen with the staff either being retrained properly or something within management!! I can’t even get in touch with anyone if I call the store. It just rings with no answer.

My food (big breakfast) was cold except for the hash browns. My husband's 2 sausage muffins were perfectly fluffy and hot. I would have asked for a refund, but the employees were lackadaisical and rude. Look, if you don't want to work there, LEAVE.

It all depends on who's working with customers. I genuinely like Most of the employees who work here. BUT, this morning (11/12/24), I picked up a Door Dash order, and the nastiest attitude came from the woman handing me the order. It wasn't packaged well, and she refused to show me the number on the bag, so I could properly verify what I was receiving, before confirming the order. (She was aggressive towards me about confirming the order.) While another McDonald's worker, crowded me at the counter, she made comments about me having a bad attitude, as I walked away. This was a Very uncomfortable situation. I'm just trying to do my job. That's above my pay grade. I will be Declining orders for this location, in the morning, for the foreseeable future. Do Better.

I found a chip in one of my fries, but other than that, it's a good mc d's
Parking: If you moved to new iberia and want mc d's this one is for you, there's a ton of places to park and it's rarely crowded!
So I ordered a hamburger. She knew it was a cheeseburger in the bag because she started to say it and stopped and said hamburger. So instead she was LAZY knowing that's not what the was ordered.
