McDonald’s food is what you expect I love to come here because my kids enjoy the kid play area that is never cleaned and hot. The air is never on and I don’t understand why but my girls enjoy coming play and it’s free so I like it.

Very rude and would not let me get my order placed thru the app from drive thru after accidentally clicking Counter Pickup. Other locations does it for me each time I made this accident but the worker decided not to help me today on Christmas Eve. Sad.

Most of the time it's good but they move so fast sometimes, they don't pay attention.
I ask for cup of courtesy water to drink, for after I finish my cone. The cashier said no free water. No, you have to pay. ( No free courtesy water, not even a tiny cup... wow). As much as I stop by McDonald's. $$ Anyhow, The cashier then hands my cone to me but in a cup. I pick the cone up and the ice cream was all melted and watery. Splat it goes down in that cup. So no water and no cone. I ask for my refund. I think it's time for me to give up on McDonald's. As much as the company makes, as much as people go..I understand they are not obligated to give water. But a tiny cup just like the cup I got for that melted ice-cream I could of gotten a bit of water. It doesn't hurt to spare a tiny gulp of water especially if its a paying customer. You guys always ask me to round up for that Ronald Mcdonald charity or whatever and still can't give out free courtesy water. Selfish.

Apparently a trainee was left on his own. I waited to order in lane 1 while 2 cars ordered in lane 2. Very frustrating. Time to pay - he can't find my order - wth. Really frustrated. He finally decides to get someone to help. Past frustrated. I canceled my order and suggested that the trainee be properly trained before being on his own.

It was a late dinner but the food was not fresh. It tasted like it had been sitting out and the fries tasted like the grease needed to be changed. Disappointed. Even if its late, i expect good food.
