If your trying to order your food with a human, might as well forget that. Your gonna stand there looking like a duck and no one is going to come to the front counter until they realize that you refuse to use the kiosk. Better off figuring out how to use that thing:) it's not hard once ya give it a shot...lol

There has been a few occasions that I've been to this location right when they open and they are never ready to serve food. They are all doing opening duties still instead of serving food

Service has gotten horrible at most of the McDonald's restaurants in New Iberia & it starts with very poor managers & trickles down to all of the employees.

The workers at this location have exceptional attitudes and work ethics. My only complaint, is there was a Customer of Caucasian descent on the inside of the facility who was very ugly and rude to the staff.

McDonald's franchise or corporate look what I found in my burger 😔 this is disgusting I had to throw it out but never went back to get another one , not satisfied and who ever is in charge make sure there's no hair loose around our food ya need to do better with hair caps

Parking: This location is shared with a convenience store/gas station. Parking is plentiful.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible handicap parking, ordering kiosks are low and simple to operate. Restroom is a single large male/female type with ample space to maneuver a chair.
