I am a first time customer and I felt very unsafe and I felt I was targeted for my ethnicity. Two grown men (one a worker) tried to verbally abuse me for no apparent reason. I am very scared to go back here as I am a woman of color and was targeted. They also called me racial slurs which I cannot disclose as they were very rude and dehumanizing. I will NOT be returning back here and I advise everyone else not to come here.
Parking: I tried to park when this man and worker started attacking me for no reason, they even tried to throw ranch at my car. VERY disappointing.

My order costed me $30 my papa bites are burnt inside and out my pizza has too much sauce to where I can’t eat it so I call and speak to the manager named Kevin at the new Iberia location and he tells me that’s how they cook their bites and pizza so basically not only is my food nasty 🤮 I can’t even get a refund to get my money back this is the worse papa John’s I have ever had just nasty 🤢 so their for im not giving them any stars because they don’t deserve them

I ordered a pizza May 4 2024. my ordered got canceled and I was charged 50.10 off my debit card. never received my pizza and never got reimbursed for my order. I call the stores and nobody can do anything about it. so I'm out of 50 and didn't get anything. bunch of fucking thieves.

I've always loved papa John's. Haven't had it in years and within the 1st bite I remember why it was a fav. They even made a slight mistake and gave me a free pizza!
I don't know what happened to this place. Don't go there at night and pick up a pizza. It's like being in the ghetto. They in there cursing and hollering , laughing. The crust on my pizza tasted sour. This place is also dirty. Never again!!! ?

My delivery order was drenched in an oily substance. Inside and soaked to the outside. My Alfredo sauce was almost non existent. Not much flavor of it at all. The worst pizza condition and flavor I have ever had from Papa Johns.
