I decided to try their gluten free -cheese pizza and unfortunately it was over cooked and the entire crust was too burnt to eat. After the second slice I wasn’t craving any more. For anyone wondering, it’s on the thinner side and only comes in a small. Staff was polite, and establishment was clean.

I am a first time customer and I felt very unsafe and I felt I was targeted for my ethnicity. Two grown men (one a worker) tried to verbally abuse me for no apparent reason. I am very scared to go back here as I am a woman of color and was targeted. They also called me racial slurs which I cannot disclose as they were very rude and dehumanizing. I will NOT be returning back here and I advise everyone else not to come here.
Parking: I tried to park when this man and worker started attacking me for no reason, they even tried to throw ranch at my car. VERY disappointing.

I really thankful with them, I dropped my wallet and I taught i lost it. After 4 days I return and they returned my wallet With all my cash and credit cards without any charge. I really thankful with all the team, they really honest and they make the best pizzas.

My order costed me $30 my papa bites are burnt inside and out my pizza has too much sauce to where I can’t eat it so I call and speak to the manager named Kevin at the new Iberia location and he tells me that’s how they cook their bites and pizza so basically not only is my food nasty 🤮 I can’t even get a refund to get my money back this is the worse papa John’s I have ever had just nasty 🤢 so their for im not giving them any stars because they don’t deserve them
