Beautiful day to sit by the bayou and enjoy some good Cajun food. I tried the seafood platter to try a little everything... Shrimp, frog leg, fried oyster and catfish. Shrimp was excellent and the rest was good. My wife enjoyed her Caesar salad with grilled shrimp. We went for an early dinner (4:30pm) and Nora was working alone till night crew arrived. Despite being very busy she did a marvelous job juggling between bartending, taking and delivering orders and bussing tables.
We were riding around in that area. Found this place after stopping at the casino and not impressed with their restaurants at all. We stumbled on this one and was VERY PLEASE with everything! We'll definitely be going back!
Loved the place, very stylish, food was delicious, service was great, I wish the weather would have been better,, I would have loved to eat outside by the bayou.. I definitely recommend a trip to Pelicans on the Bayou ?.
