I ordered the new CRAFTED FLATZZ pizza and the edges were hard ( even hot ). I worked for PIZZA HUT for about 10 years as delivery driver,cook,prep,and management and it seems like the dough was old dough not fluffy or soft.LAST TIME I AM ORDERING THAT PIZZA.

By far the worse pizza I’ve ever had. The staff didn’t wear gloves, one person didn’t have shoes on, the kitchen was filthy, just a health code violation waiting to happen. On to the pizza.. the toppings tasted as if they were spoiled and the pizza wasn’t even cut… they just tossed the whole pie in the box. Like is this a joke? 0/10

I picked up a pizza from the restaurant on S Lewis Street in New Iberia, LA. It was very good. I had asked for substitutions between tomatoes to mushrooms. They were able to do this without a problem.

This is my 2nd time ordering from this place and either my order was canceled by the store or by door dash. They have taken my money and either door dash puts it in pizza hut or visa versa. This is some bullish for real. And the crazy part is, it's not one location. ITS 2!!!!!!!!!!! BOTH OF THE LOCATIONS IN NEW IBERIA, LOUISIANA ARE HAVE TRASH COUSTOM SERVICE!!!!!!

The staff was friendly, however the 2 pizzas I ordered had little to no sauce I hear this is relatively common problem with their pizzas. Wouldn’t order again difficult to eat dry pizza.
