My whole order was dry, hard, and stale. I ordered two pizzas, bread sticks, and cinnamon sticks. The pizza didn't have sauce whatsoever. It was so dry and hard. I'm not sure if it was old or over cooked. Definitely didn't taste fresh or hot. The bread sticks and cinnamon sticks were so hard it didn't even taste like bread. It was crunchy through and through. Disgusting and service wasn't so pleasant either.

I ordered from PizzaHut last night at 9:02 p.m. using the mobile app. Was supposed to get my order by 9:25- 9:50p.m it was almost thirty minutes late everything was cold breadsticks were missing delivery girl drops my food and laughs and says she had to tell her husband that she dropped my order so I try calling and all I get is some man saying that he put on hold for the store and then nothing I just sat waiting. This was the worst experience ever I haven’t been able to contact the store

I ordered the new CRAFTED FLATZZ pizza and the edges were hard ( even hot ). I worked for PIZZA HUT for about 10 years as delivery driver,cook,prep,and management and it seems like the dough was old dough not fluffy or soft.LAST TIME I AM ORDERING THAT PIZZA.

By far the worse pizza I’ve ever had. The staff didn’t wear gloves, one person didn’t have shoes on, the kitchen was filthy, just a health code violation waiting to happen. On to the pizza.. the toppings tasted as if they were spoiled and the pizza wasn’t even cut… they just tossed the whole pie in the box. Like is this a joke? 0/10

I picked up a pizza from the restaurant on S Lewis Street in New Iberia, LA. It was very good. I had asked for substitutions between tomatoes to mushrooms. They were able to do this without a problem.
