I ordered online the 16 piece hot wings and french fries that was advertised, and I was on my way to pick it up , when I got a phone from Pizza Hut saying they didn’t have the boneless chicken wings but had the bone in . I said that’s ok then they tell it it’ll cost more for the bone in wings. When it was advertised to get it at a certain price but they didn’t have boneless dissatisfied

Well the atmosphere is very dirty their very unprofessional a lady with a blonde ponytail was sucking thumb playing in her hair and vaping behind the counter pls don’t go here .

The only thing i can rate here is the atmosphere and the service. my husband and I came in for the buffet turns out they don't have one because they couldn't come to agreement and or they didn't have enough ppl. So my husband asked if they were hiring because we have a couple of teens that could use a job, she said no. Which was weird. The atmosphere was cold the vibes was no vibe it looked like they were closing down. Thats all!

My order was over an hour late the driver forgot half my order then brought the wrong stuff back. When I contacted the store a manager named Brandon answered the phone and was rude when I asked why my order was an hour late and why half my order was left at the store I own a pizza Hut location myself in Alabama Talladega Alabama to be specific. This is unacceptable I will never order from this location again..... Oh and I've been on hold for an hour and counting to speak to the general manager this morning

I picked up my order through the drive through. Pizza wasn’t as good as usual & to TOP it off guy in drive through signed my ticket & put him a $7+ tip!!!! I called manager & told her to check her worker & she told me she knew how to do her job!! Don’t let them rip you off! The workers there are giving Pizza Hut a bad name! Shameful!!!

Order pizza wings and cheese bread and pizzas wasn’t right and guy tells me after waiting 51 minutes tells me I should have called. As a matter of fact I was on hold the whole time and thought my food was finally ready. I get a refund and he tells me that in the machine was what I paid and went to my account and sure enough was not. called and he tells me that his boss will call me in the morning. Which no body called and I called store same guy answered and hung up before I can ask. They I try 3 more times and all they did was pickup phone and hang it right back up. Sad service. I still want the rest of my money
