Had it delivered by Uber eats and Uber eats sucks because there’s no way to truly complain. It’s jumping through hoops when you spent closer to 50 bucks to have stupid crap delivered to you that’s not up to standard.

1 Hold your tip until you receive your product
2 if your bag is ripped open, go through and make sure all your product is there
3 if your delivery driver looks guilty it’s because they are

Better just to order a taxi cab Alexander‘S Taxi cab drive over there for 10 bucks pick up your own food and drive back for 10 bucks

I noticed the delivery person was sheepish and looked as guilty as a cat, who just swallowed the Canary

My bag was ripped open, and part of my order was taken out the best part, the dessert, two strawberry cream

The real kicker is that I gave him five bucks to deliver crap to me and I paid for Express delivery

See the way I see it. I pay for a delivery, but I order extra so I spread it out over several meals to save on the cost.

When you screw me like this, you screw up my whole logic of buying through Uber eats

I wanted to do a survey but I wasn't given a receipt so I don't know the store number to make an official complaint. Not sure why the workers and managers at this location have an issue with giving customers extra gravy. Today is the second time I asked for extra gravy and was told they added extra gravy when I saw them grab the pre-made side cup from the warmer and not add anything to it. This Popeyes location is horrible not sure why they are against extra gravy but this is unacceptable. I have NEVER been turned down for something I asked and paid for at any restaurant. I am officially done with this Popeyes location. I posted the picture to show everyone the extra gravy the cashier claimed they added. When I saw them grab this cup from the warmer without adding anything. Management you really need to get a handle on your workers.

Waited nearly half an hour for 2 chicken sandwiches. They told us it would take 10 minutes, which I didn't mind. We usually have to wait for chicken when we come here, it's expected. However, all we ordered were 2 chicken sandwiches. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Every time I visit Popeyes at the New Iberia location the food is always fresh & hot, the customer service is always great, & the workers make you feel welcomed. I also had the pleasure with meeting the manager Mr.Chester Pop Peter Jenkins he was kind & made sure my order got out correctly. I’ll definitely be back!!

Long line , long wait to order , and raw/ undercooked chicken. The meat wouldn’t even pull from the bone .

Walked up to the register waiting for someone to acknowledge me and take my order. After five minutes standing there, with at least three people including the manager walking by the register.
Only one other person inside waiting for their order.
It's not the first time I've had bad experiences here. From attitude to dried out food, I'm not one to be vocal and give anyone a hard time. I've had enough. I didn't order food this time. I just walked out and went up the street to KFC. Done with this location.
