The seafood was not good. Definitely not worth the prices. Everything tasted stale. Very chewy. There were numerous items on the seafood platter that were unidentifiable by taste and sight. Service was lacking and not very friendly.

We had a wonderful eveing with family. The food is fantastic. The fried food are cooked to perfection and there is no think undesirable batter. I would highly recommend this please for a large gathering, or just as a small family outing. The price for the amount of food you get is very very reasonably priced. You will not leave hungry.

They were out of everything I ordered. Waitress came back every time I ordered something new. I felt committed because I was already drinking my soda.
Food wasn’t as good as what I’ve had down there.
Location was convenient

This is the only place I get boiled crabs from. They are very pricey, but are nice sized and seasoned well. I called on a Sunday evening to place a to go order for a dozen of boiled crabs. I was told I couldn’t, bc they only got one crate in that day. I explained that I am disabled and was unable to dine in and my daughter would have to pick it up for me. I was denied service bc I couldn’t dine in. I understand they have a business to run, but I felt like they could have been a little more accommodating for someone that was unable to physically go in to eat. I don’t think I will be giving them my business anymore.

I had Grilled Shrimp Plate OH MY goodness so good and the butter garlic dip was divine with it! Family owed business, kid friendly meals and the atmosphere was wonderful. Waitress and cashier were professional and polite. If you want Louisiana cuisine they should be on top of the list.

As a north Louisianan I was appalled at how little seasoning the boiled seafood had. I got shrimp….literally no seasoning and overcooked. Asked for cocktail sauce…and im99% sure she brought me a cup of ketchup. Buddy got crans and he didn’t like them.

I am confused though. Because it seemed they had a good business for 5:30pm…in New Iberia…should be flavor capital of the world!

The silver lining…the crab poppers were tasty, and the staff was very nice!

Went on Wednesday july 15. Staff was good all smiles and very friendly.
The food was completely bland, this isn’t the boiling point from my childhood. I also had 2 pounds of overcooked boiled shrimp. The only thing that was praise worthy, was the fried frog legs. The frog legs were perfectly cooked.

Great mom and pop joint the food was great, my server was very friendly and great, I had the grilled shrimp with potatoes and a side salad, the shrimp was amazing! It was about 20$ but worth every penny. I'm from Alabama here on a business trip.

I ate at this place with my sister for the first time and this place was excellent and the food was very delicious ? not expensive either and prices are very reasonable. I gotten the grilled shrimp and potatoes and it was very good with a very good taste. I made myself miserable lol. I have no complaints and next time I wanna bring my husband for his upcoming birthday!

Was in a bit of a hurry to catch a flight, but good things always take time. The alligator bites were fantastic. The meas were excellent as always, and we wish we had more time to relax and eat it all. But the go plates did not go to waste. Will return again!

We came in town for a short weekend and asked a local where to get boiled seafood. This was where we were pointed to. The staff were super friendly. We came in for takeouts and had two little boys with me and they didn't give us a hard time for having wild loud kids (thank you!).
The food was perfectly done. Shrimp was so big and the Dungeness crab was done to perfection. Their seasoning is also not overpowering. We really enjoyed the food. I wished we had come and eat in to truly experience it.
