The worst experience ever. Clearly on the punch ticket it says ANY SNOW BALL LARGE OR ICE CREAM for free after the 9th punch. Today I was being charged for cream? I get the same snowball at least 2 ot 3 times a week. My punch card I have filled many times and received the same Large snow ball for free. Please hire folks that know what they are doing. NOT GOING BACK!!

I've been coming here for years and I love this place. There is a wide variety on the menu and their constantly changing things up with the season. The patio area is awesome when you wanna get out the sun to hang out and enjoy your food. The staff is awesome. Their friendly and quick to wait on you.
I have been going to Snowball Factory almost every day religiously for a week. (My Gym hates it but)
Their snowballs are TOP TEIR. I have tried every snowball place in New Iberia but Snowball Factory takes #1 by FAR. 20/10 would absolutely recommend. Staff is amazing, always smiling and just handling business. All these other negative comments are probably people who were rude to the staff first. I highly recommend!!!

The most "rudest" little girls, trying to run a business! Take your money to "Cool Scene Snowball" in New Iberia. You don't have to ask for napkins either, they come with your order, as they should.
