Went for a drink, the waitress came out to take order because everything is broken around there, waited 15 minutes for a drink for her to come out and say oh we don't have any. Shouldn't take 15 minutes to see if you have lemonade.

Ordered a Heath bar blast and literally had two specks of a Heath bar in it. Diet Coke was very watered down. I wasted my money over here unfortunately.

Sonic is my breakfast go to . A burrito..and orange juice lite ice.. usually their customer service is awesome... Not all of the workers can make a bomb burrito though.

The chicken breast on my sandwich would be better named "hockey puck": it was hard and dry and obviously had been sitting under a heat lamp for several hours . The cheese on my sandwich wasn't even melted. Nice people, VERY unimpressed with the food quality.

Tried ordering off the 1.99 menu and the lady kept telling us they didn’t have the menu item we were trying to order. Saying it was something else but we were looking directly at the menu.

I need a refund for my last order. 9/30/24 around 6pm. I used the app. Waited a while. Drive in screen said order was delivered. It was not. I pushed the red button. The girl said this stall isn't working, move to another stall. The stall is obviously working. I pushed the button again. She asked to take my order. I told her to cancel and refund my mobile app order. No response. I said to whoever might be listening that I guess I would call to get a refund.
App doesn’t give you a way to contact anyone, just leave feedback. So I did that. I will contest the charge on my credit card. ??♀️
After 1,273,386,276,275 problems with this location. Lesson finally learned. Not going back.

Aside from not having most of what I wanted to order, it was slooooowwww. I’m not sure if the mics aren’t working but I had to repeat everything more than a few times. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Do not eat here the food is nasty they don’t wear gloves and they have roaches crawling everywhere’s. Even inside the ice cream machine. And the blast and shakes are nasty they don’t wear gloves when taking they wanna eat the candy just don’t eat here you’ll get sick!! The bathrooms are disgusting!! I got sick from their food!!
