I'm going to quit ordering from this location. Everyone that works there seems like they're miserable. Every time I go to pick up an order it is incorrect. I'm paying $30 to $40 for three meals and I get home and I'm missing entire meals. They just throw what they want to into a bag and you may or may not get your order. Today will be the last day that I ever order from this location I was even going to tip the guy thank goodness I didn't because I would have been mad when I got home and I didn't have my meal my entire meal. They don't even stick around long enough to get a tip anyways they throw your food in your car and run.

I went during the half our drink time today don't know if the machine to place an order wasn't working are not but we press the red button twice nobody answered if the call button not working y'all. Need to put up a sign stating that are if it's just bad service shame shame on y'all.i went to other sonics on sant peter got way better service

Sonic is known mainly for there ice cream blasts !! So why is the ice cream machine “down” . Not to mention The employees just have a rude attitude towards customers . Just find a different job if you don’t want to tend to customers

We had the worst service ever tonight waited over 30 minutes for a mobile app order. Car hops were playing around walk up and down cutting up with people in cars . Foood was cold and not correct.

They gave my order to the wrong customer, took it back, then had someone else bring the same order back out to me. I placed an order online for pickup. When I got there, I entered my stall number (5 according to the sticker posted on the poles on the side of the stalls). Within a minute I saw a carhop approaching my car with what looked like my order, but instead she went to the truck that had just pulled up in the stall on side of me. She hands the food to him and a couple minutes later I see the guy flag the carhop down after. She takes it back in then guess what they did. Had another guy bring that same cold a$$ order right back to me a couple minutes later 😄 I called and asked to speak to a manager about the situation and guess what, it was the manager who brought that same food back out to me according to him 😄😄 he didn’t even deny it was the same food, he said he just grabbed it and brought it out. But he did have the nerve to accuse me of entering the wrong stall number 😂 he offered to replace the food but that’s not the principle, why yall playing with people’s food like that when it wouldn’t have been nothing for yall to have just remade it from the jump? And why on earth would I want food prepared by the same establishment that feels it’s integral to do this in the first place? I’m no expert but I’m pretty sure that’s health regulation violations and I will not be trusting this location with handling my food ever again.

I ordered on my mobile app this morning and was disappointed when I made it to my location..the order was wrong and the breakfast sandwiches were hard like they were overcooked in the microwave..I've been a sonic customer for years but with me spending my hard earn money to only be disappointed, I can most definitely take my business elsewhere
