They gave my order to the wrong customer, took it back, then had someone else bring the same order back out to me. I placed an order online for pickup. When I got there, I entered my stall number (5 according to the sticker posted on the poles on the side of the stalls). Within a minute I saw a carhop approaching my car with what looked like my order, but instead she went to the truck that had just pulled up in the stall on side of me. She hands the food to him and a couple minutes later I see the guy flag the carhop down after. She takes it back in then guess what they did. Had another guy bring that same cold a$$ order right back to me a couple minutes later 😄 I called and asked to speak to a manager about the situation and guess what, it was the manager who brought that same food back out to me according to him 😄😄 he didn’t even deny it was the same food, he said he just grabbed it and brought it out. But he did have the nerve to accuse me of entering the wrong stall number 😂 he offered to replace the food but that’s not the principle, why yall playing with people’s food like that when it wouldn’t have been nothing for yall to have just remade it from the jump? And why on earth would I want food prepared by the same establishment that feels it’s integral to do this in the first place? I’m no expert but I’m pretty sure that’s health regulation violations and I will not be trusting this location with handling my food ever again.

I ordered on my mobile app this morning and was disappointed when I made it to my location..the order was wrong and the breakfast sandwiches were hard like they were overcooked in the microwave..I've been a sonic customer for years but with me spending my hard earn money to only be disappointed, I can most definitely take my business elsewhere

They made us move to a closer stall, then we had to wait 45 minutes for are food and drinks, and we only ordered sides tots and onion rings with 3 drinks.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!!!
ALWAYS an issue! I pulled up and was told VERY RUDELY that they were backed up and it would be 10 to 15 minutes. She NEVER asked I wanted to order just disconnected. And there were only FIVE cars in the entire parking

So l order the SONIC Blasts® as always. It's rare that something will be wrong with this item. Sonic took extremely long just for some ice cream. One of my blast was short and barely had any Oreos in it. After I paid for it. I don’t like the fact that they do not have anything to cover the top with, it's just exposed. This is dangerous with everything that is going on in the world. People can be sick or something could accidentally go in my blast. It's not often I can leave and go pick my items up so l order through door dash from time to time. I would greatly appreciate it if Sonic went out there way to cover up the lids and actually give me what l paid for....

My experience was all around amazing. The manager himself ensure my food and drinks were correct and also walked my food out himself. Thank you Thomas. We will always come back to this location. The food is always hot, service is great, and the wait time isn't long at all. Thank you again.
