They don’t make the drinks the way you tell them to just the way the way they want to. If you ask for any modifications they will definitely charge you for it but won’t do it!!!

This is the second day I go in a row and my order is wrong. And the one worker there is horrible with an attitude. I order a tall decaf mocha frappe with no whip and it used to be made exactly like that with a decaf shot. Yesterday it was two shots she had put and when I told her the order was wrong she said I did it myself and I know I did it right but give it and I’ll make it. It was wrong!!! Then today they give me someone else’s order and when I told her that she argued it was the right order
so I got down and she said here it was wrong and it’s chocolate milk!!! No decaf shots.

I've been coming here forever to get coffee and study. All the people that used to work there are were so nice are gone.

After hours of classes, I wanted to treat myself to an iced coffee. Usually I place it through the app, this time I placed it in the drive-thru.

When I got to the window, not knowing how they did things since I usually use online pickup. I asked the worker if she could scan my phone for points while holding out both my card and phone with the QR code.

This worker responded so nasty back to me and she made me feel so terrible I apologized to HER. I was shocked.

You never know if someone else is having a worse day than you so why would you jump on them just because they want to make sure they get their points since Starbucks IS expensive and I'm sure a lot of people like to get their points to use toward coupons/free drinks.

Ever since, I haven't been back. Which I guess will save me money anyways. 😊

I get not being happy at your workplace, but don't take it out on someone who doesn't know you at all and is also just trying to get through their day.

That employee shouldn't be put at the window if that's how she will act on someone who doesn't know that they TAKE your card first before scanning.

What a joke. Out of Splenda. No I'm sorry no"we'll give you this cup" I had to ask for a stirrer go to raceway and thankfully they had artificial sweetener. Handled very unprofessionally. Everytime I'm on that end of town they get my business
