Subway in New Iberia

“Food is always fresh. Absolutely delicious.I do want to comment on a very important topic , tht I look for wherever I eat out atCleanliness is very important to me.And. I will say.. This subway is immaculate. No matter what time you go in. It is super clean. Smells so clean when you walk in. Food bar is also very clean . Always wiped clean of prior use.And. The staff are friendly and helpful.Good job , Subway !!“

“I go at this subway and I been going there for a half a year and I'm giving 5 stars...There have been days where there was not enough product but what restaurant is perfect? Reason for that is more business.. the employees there are not perfect either they make mistakes and we shouldn't have to get bad reviews due to if our schedule is to clock out at same time we close that's not our fault... We always make sure store is clean before time because I and I'm not only one in this world that would clock out and finish cleaning for free I'm gonna get paid my time and make sure that for next shift they don't have it hard it's team work and as a customer I understand people can't get mad at employees for closing the customer needs to go at a reasonable time to get what they need. And our manager works just as hard and also more responsibility she has a boss over her so can't really complain about any of them at the store. I'm the type one person that has a bad day will not affect my mood and my day at my job. And another thing customers are not always right..“

“In the past this subway wasn't great but after thr last few times of revisiting it has been clean and I haven't had any issues with the making of my sub. The only things I could think about complaining about would be the sweet tea is hit or miss but it's like that at a lot of places, and sometimes they are out of chocolate chip cookies which just means they have business!Everyone is complaining about their subs are messy etc etc. Give people grace. Subway workers are paid minimum wage last time I checked. Fast food workers are doing a job that's still contributing to society and they have to deal with rude customers probably all the time. Sanitation reasons are valid but they have always used gloves around me. Complaining about they put too much sauce, okay, if I do not want too much sauce I specify " just a little bit of mayo" and they do a small line and ask if that's enough.It is a good subway, and also it's not the workers or the managers decision to accept or not accept coupons, idk if that's still going on. If you have a problem then contact the actual franchise owner and complain. Don't take it out on the workers just trying to get paid like everyone else.“

“I normally have a difficult time getting a sandwich from subway, but these girls are on the ball. I have never had a more pleasant experience at a subway shop. Friendly, fast and delicious. I will never go to any other store in New Iberia. Awesome.“
