Ordered a sandwich that was supposed to include spinach and jalapeños. Didn’t have either! Was never notified by phone or in person when I came to pick up the order! Wasn’t noticed until I finally sat down at work to each which I called and the young lady reported she attempted to call twice however there’s no record or voicemail that was ever received and again I was not notified upon pick up. Terrible customer service in my opinion considering this order was placed online where I could’ve went to another location had I known.

Says they close at 9pm. I just came from there on Thursday Aug 29 and they were closed b4 7pm.

It's 7:40pm on a Thursday and store don't close until 9pm...Doors are locked and the 3 people that's there watching me at the door without saying anything ex: we are closing early today or we are out of food or system down or something...so unprofessional...won't be going there again

Our entire order was incorrect- multiple items missing (including main ingredients of the salad) or wrong. Drink machine was hot, and most of the sodas were only soda water or flat. Instead of the item we ordered that they were out of we were offered a swap and told no refund could be obtained. customer service was sarcastic at best, especially with only one other customer in the establishment.
Tried to call customer support or the manager and couldn’t get ahold of anyone.
Please don’t go to this location.

Every time that I order online from this Subway the order is wrong, then I call and the rude girl that works there always says that isn't what they received for your order even though you have a receipt that they gave you with the right order they will tell you that's not what they received. I have called at least three different times and they hang-up on me every time and never answer the phone again. Someone really needs to tell their employees that they have a job because of the public and customer service is important. I am not ordering there again.

So they will take your money all day, but god forbid you have a coupon that is BOGO because apparently they will not take anything with the word free in it like what!?! So even though you are a verified participating store with the coupon, they will take any other coupon but anyone with the word free…like how bad is business that you cant take a promo you’re promoting !!lost my business before you even had it??

Had to walk out due to what appeared to be old damp bread and discolored meat. Server was told meat was bad, which he agreed, then grabbed another pack from the same container and tried to use it. Clearly didn't care about quality or even the possibility of someone getting food poisoning. Management needs to be more involved before someone ends up in the ER.
My husband and I decided to try this subway out and let me tell you it was horrible! I went to order my sub and the bread was so old it was sticking to the bottom of the pan but the worst part is when I ordered my cold cut combo the young man started making it and the meat was rotten! It was brown and gray! I went to stop him and tell him the meat was bad. He lifted the meat up a little and said oh okay. Took out the bad parts and proceeded to grab some more meat and that meat was the same way! I will never ever go back to this place. I will actually be placing a call to the board of health tomorrow morning. The employees didn't even seem to care the meat was rotten! Obvisiously my husband and I were so disgusted we walked out and went some where else to get dinner!
