The employee rolled her eyes at me because she asked me what my order was as a dasher and I said a certain name. She also had an incredibly rude demeanor. By far the most consistently rude restaurant in New Iberia

I ordered a foot long on wheat; roast beef, loads of vinegar, mayo, lettuce, black olives, tomatoes, & jalapenos with more vinegar & mayo on top. I like a messy po'boy & that it what turned out to be. Delicious po'boy from Subway. Beautiful young black woman helped do my order & was not perturbed one bit.

The only staff that is respectful is the older Hispanic women and two younger ladies. Other than that they suck. I’ve literally walked in and been ignored, while this girl was sitting on the ground, got up after me walking out, and walking back in. I waited more and she didn’t say a word to me, acted like I interrupted HER day. She just nodded or shook her head. It’s really just two workers I’m thinking of who have been extremely rude and lied about food availability, the girl I described and her friend. OTHER THAN THEM my food is prepared well and other staff is professional. I almost stopped coming after those rude young workers lied and ignored me, hence the stars.

Came to this location after the first was “closed” 1.5 hours before their advertised closing time. These girls were awesome. The place was clean. The sandwich was made well.

Three times I've had to call the store while my daughter stands up front listening to workers giggle in the corner. I just called cause she was standing there for a few minuets talking to me an no one came help her. Foods always on point wish we could say the same about some of the workers (not all)

It’s 8:40pm but doors are locked and the hours are til 9pm. Wasted my time coming here. Not going back. Y’all call before going unless you wanna waste your time.
Edit: found out the owner just doesn’t care and needs employees to clock out at 9 on the dot.
It's Aug 29, 2024. 707pm and they sign clearly says 9pm and so does online. So idk why they are closed 2 hours early .

I order online and have to say I paid for extra for my sandwiches and they were so dry ? no salt n pepper very disappointed my pretzel was so hard I work with food and tbh if I worked at subway I would make the sandwiches as if I was eating them like it was so sad the way the did these sandwiches definitely will never go back to this location

In the past this subway wasn't great but after thr last few times of revisiting it has been clean and I haven't had any issues with the making of my sub. The only things I could think about complaining about would be the sweet tea is hit or miss but it's like that at a lot of places, and sometimes they are out of chocolate chip cookies which just means they have business!Everyone is complaining about their subs are messy etc etc. Give people grace. Subway workers are paid minimum wage last time I checked. Fast food workers are doing a job that's still contributing to society and they have to deal with rude customers probably all the time. Sanitation reasons are valid but they have always used gloves around me. Complaining about they put too much sauce, okay, if I do not want too much sauce I specify " just a little bit of mayo" and they do a small line and ask if that's enough.It is a good subway, and also it's not the workers or the managers decision to accept or not accept coupons, idk if that's still going on. If you have a problem then contact the actual franchise owner and complain. Don't take it out on the workers just trying to get paid like everyone else.
That crew member Zoey is wonderful. Her service is commendable and has very positive attitude. Definitely in need of recognition for her selfless and admiral services.

This store is franchisee. They do not participate in subway online promotions. Ordered the number 1 cheese steak. They did not give me 2x cheese. They were out of cucumbers and did not offer parmesan cheese. Worst subway evere. Go to the other one in town.

I get a local coupon in the mail, but they will not honor it. However, if I go through the app, I can get the exact same deal as stated on the mailed printed coupon. Dumb!!! So it takes me far longer to go through all the steps to order online than it does to cut a coupon. I will not be ordering subways in New Iberia ever again. Just a backwards way to provide service when you mailed me one form of a coupon, but you won’t honor it. Go bankrupt for all I care, you would deserve it.
