Terrible service. I was waiting on my food. And they were arguing in the back. Only to get my food 35 minutes later. Not to mention when we left a GUY was fist fighting with a girl outside. The two employees that were arguing.

The absolute worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. If I could give 0 reviews I definitely would. I wasted 30$ on food that wasn’t cooked properly and tasted like garbage. It was cold, the rice inside my grilled cheese burrito wasn’t cooked, nor was the cheese melted and the burrito was not toasted. The cheese inside my kid’s quesadillas wasn’t cooked and they were falling apart. Don’t waste your money here

Got shorted on an order, how hard is it to check the total items ordered vs what's packed in the bag, not to mention I wasn't asked for any sauce. Hands down the worst taco bell I've been to, and it's a shame because this is my favorite fast food chain.

absolutely horrible. i got me a nacho grande combo WITH the specifics i wanted. on the nachos no beans no sour cream no guac add meat cheese pizza sauce. on the tacos make them soft tacos with no sour cream and no tomatos. no where in that did i say add chicken to my nachos??? pls tell me. cs im so confused why i had to pick chicken out my nachos. ive been craving taco bell just for this horrible service im sick of this. now all i had to eat was a few chips that i ate before i noticed more chicken pieces in it and those 2 tacos with a strawberry lemonade. ian even rating this bc im so mad cuhn. im taking a break from yall cs yall got me all the way messed up??

For 2 people $58.00 we ordered a good bit but we paid individual for everything we ordered. I asked the cashier could he make some of my order into combo's, he straight up said No, "You ordered 11 items that's why it's expensive" y'all that was including 2 drinks!!!!!! I personally told my husband, Cancel it and leave but he didn't. Then They didn't get our Food right nor gave us napkins or any sauce we ordered. Oh, and my Mexican pizza was on the very bottom Smashed and all the cheese was Stuck on top of the box!?? NEVERRR AGAIN
The cashier and her friend literally talked about the fact that I used a cashapp card because I guess there is a scam going on, but it felt very disrespectful to insinuate that I am in a way doing the scam just because I’m using the card. Just put a bad taste in my mouth and really makes me not wanna come back. Please train your staff better.

Tried going through the drive through. Despite repeating my order 3 times the person just could not understand what I was trying to order. Went inside the restaurant and was told that I had to use the kiosk and could not order from a live person. As much as I like Taco Bell, I won't be eating their food for at least a few years.
