I came last friday and I’m honestly disappointed with how much Tropical Smoothie Café has gone downhill. The last few times I visited, the workers looked extremely stressed and overwhelmed, like they were barely keeping up. The energy in the store just isn’t the same anymore. Service felt rushed, the atmosphere was off, and it didn’t have the exciting and organized vibe it used to.

I used to enjoy coming here, but something has definitely changed — and not in a good way. I really hope management steps up and supports their team, because it’s clear the customer experience is suffering because of it.

I don't get to go often, but when I do, this place doesn't disappoint. The place is very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly to greet and wait on you. Plus, they get your order out very fast.

Awesome place! Great atmosphere!

Went to Tropical Smoothie in New Iberia to order the Açaí Nutella bowl and was told that they could not provide it due to having only 3 bananas and a few blueberries. I was told that they had to save their bananas for drive thru orders for smoothies and to come back after lunch. Will be going to the Tropical Smoothie in Lafayette that never has this issue.

I usually get the smoothies. I got my smoothie and wanted a salad. I got the Thai chicken one and a pb granola flatbread. I’ll never order food from there again. I ended up with food poisoning.

I love the detox drink, good size for the price. Awesome!!!
