I had the pleasure of being helped by Carrington, and Amairani, during my recent visit, and I can confidently say they delivered some of the best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere.

From the moment I walked in, Carrington greeted me with a warm, genuine smile that instantly made me feel welcome. He was attentive, professional, and made sure everything I needed was taken care of promptly.

Amairani was equally impressive—friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient when answering my questions. She went out of her way to ensure my order was perfect and even made thoughtful suggestions that I ended up loving.

Awesome place! Great atmosphere!

Went to Tropical Smoothie in New Iberia to order the Açaí Nutella bowl and was told that they could not provide it due to having only 3 bananas and a few blueberries. I was told that they had to save their bananas for drive thru orders for smoothies and to come back after lunch. Will be going to the Tropical Smoothie in Lafayette that never has this issue.

I usually get the smoothies. I got my smoothie and wanted a salad. I got the Thai chicken one and a pb granola flatbread. I’ll never order food from there again. I ended up with food poisoning.

I love the detox drink, good size for the price. Awesome!!!

The manager on duty, (lunch rush Oct. 29), was condescending and argumentative, making the atmosphere deceptively toxic for customers and staff. I've seen her cause a toxic work environment at her other jobs, also. Verbally abusive and controlling to her employees. As a Door Dash dasher, I'm Declining delivery orders from this location as long as she works here.

Friendly and clean place of business. Great for both smoothies and foods. Turkey bacon ranch sandwich is my favorite paired with chips and a kiwi quencher smoothie. Side options are either fruit or chips
