When I tell y'all this was my favorite part of visiting my hometown, I ain't lying. To be quite honest, I'd only been a few times when I was a kid. Haven't been in Victor's for nearly 50 years. My parents would often meet their friends and relatives there. As a teenager I recall, the food and the waitstaff service was excellent. I joined the military after high school and only returned to New Iberia for short visits as an adult. A cousin is not seen for 20 years happened to be in town the visit and suggested Victor's.
