Food was fantastic,the cashier was super friendly and helpful. Vulgar music was playing but it's Waffle House and it was after 11pm ,it's to be expected lol. I was just there to get my food and leave 😩I'll be back for sure though ❣️

I'd been here before years ago and hadn't been in a very long time because the food and service were lacking luster. My son wanted to go, and so we did, even though I was hesitant. Shay was our waitress, and her service was ABOVE AVERAGE for any waffle house I've ever eaten at before within a 100-mile radius. She was very pleasant and attentive to all of her customers, including my son and I. A customer came in with a peculiar and strange request of burnt toast. She made sure to get it just right. She was a real gem, and I will be back just because of employees like her. The food was cooked to perfection and above standard as well. The waffles were fresh, hot, and delicious, and so was the patty melt, eggs cooked perfectly. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Whomever the manager is is doing an amazing job at turning this place around.
Kid-friendliness: My son was with me, and the environment was pleasant and kid friendly.
After 2 years of not going to the Waffle House in New Iberia due to road work and other issues with the business modifying the kitchen for employee space went back just to see how the service and the food was going to be and my waitress couldn't remember anything I asked there and then she turned around and told me she wasn't listening so I didn't tip her cuz she feels like her job is not important.
