The staff is friendly and somewhat quick to wait on you. Out of 5 visits, only 1 visit, everything was correct, and there was no issue. The staff could improve on getting orders right.
I was pressured to close my bill out so a waitress could leave? I was confused. This server was at the end of her shift. Never greeted us. Wasn’t the one who took my order. Never spoke with her. The cook took our order. But I’m closing out before the rest of my meal makes it to the table. Then I watch as she sits and waits to leave. Had to remind the staff about my burning waffles. Online ordering is available, as well as walk in to go orders and the normal dine in self seated options. Wait time when they are busy is rufly 30 to 45 minutes if they are not busy It can be alot less. Food quality is still fairly good, and cleanliness is still fair for a waffle house. Staff at late night is not there A team, but they get the job done.
