It's ALWAYS A PROBLEM with this Wendy's!!!!! They never have baked Potatoes, and for some reason they can only take one drive thru order at a time. Meaning when I pull to the intercom to order I have to wait to order Every single time I come here day or night. Then I get to the window and they park me because nothing is ready. I'm parked nexted to 4 cars we are all waiting for our food!! I'm not sure who the district manager is but you need to step in and oversee this location. The manager on duty told the cashier at drive thru don't take anymore orders!! Today is 01/05/2026 time is 915pm this should tell you who all was on duty. I will not be returning!

I ordered two Dave’s doubles combo came out just over $30 and this is what they give me. No lettuce and bunch of mayo ! Just nasty I can’t even eat it. They didn’t even give me my receipt I’m pissed.

We ordered through door dash which was the best part of the order. We asked for a burger with no onions and added bacon on one burger which arrived without bacon and had onions. The chicken sandwich was asked for it with asiago cheese and added bacon (3 pieces) which had one piece of bacon and no cheese. We paid for the additional cheese and bacon for both items yet one received 1 piece of bacon for $4.59.

I do not know what is happening with the quality of the food with the Wendy's franchise, but both locations in New Iberia, owned by different people, is really starting to taste like McDonald's food. I can't eat it any longer. I hope things turn around and get back to what it used to be. All in all, the service is great and restaurants are clean.

How I order a salad extra chiken on the side and lets jus say for what i paid for is not extra chicken not did i get my salad dressing if they were busy i could understand not getting my salad dressing but the portion for what i was charged
Lately has not been as good and orders have been wrong missing some things and having things not removed like we asked on burgers

i got the krabby patty kollab meal and they didnt say anything about the sauce. they only said there was mustard on it. my dads fries was cold and nasty. the pineapple frosty was pretty good though and my fries were warm. 4/10 experience probably would not eat here again
