Terrible. The cashier can't see, so she is squinting. I ordered a cold brew frosty its liquid and tastes like melted ice cream.14 dollar order and fries soggy. The manager sent two people home. No sense of urgency just blank stares.No coke with combo. 30 minute lunch break turns into 45 of wasted time.

I was disappointed to see when i got to my hotel room, that the burger was completely fallen apart in an open wrapper.

Driving thru New Iberia and stopped to get a quick lunch and use the bathroom. The bathroom was nasty, toilet paper holders hanging, toilet stalls and floor nasty. The employee only had to wait and she couldn't remember the order she just took off our Employees gripped because they were short staffed, no napkins in the napkin holder and counter where the drink dispenser was nasty. Doors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks or months. Won't ever stop here again and I go thru this area several times a year at least.

My son went placed order was told to pull up waited 10 minutes brought food out when he looked in bag was missing his 2 ten pc nuggets had to drive back around was told to pull up again he waited another 10 minutes brought food when he got home only 1 of the nuggets was in the bag and his chicken sandwich was wrong this is the second night in a row he has had a bad experience at this WENDYS I tried to call but phone was busy Will NOT be going to this location ever again

There is a first time for everything, and yesterday was the first time I got my order ( Chicken Asiago sandwich) , It was dry and hard like Jerky. This is not the normal from that location. I picked up my order at 4:40 ish. Whoever works that shift needs more training.

Automation of fast food preparation cannot come fast enough. I would prefer the sterile and fake hospitality environment provided automation and robots to the apathetic customer service and low quality breakfast I had today. The bacon burrito was rather unsatisfying, but not as bad as the terrible customer service. I suppose there was that many workers in there not doing much on their phones waiting around for the lunch rush? Why even do breakfast Wendy's? Why?
It’s 1 am I’m on my lunch break. I ordered a #1 double combo and a 10 piece ranch nugget. All my food ice cold. Nuggets buffalo. I can’t eat hot sauce. Wasted $20.
