My burger was completely wrong. Husband's was dry as a bone. Fries were old, cold, greasy, and soggy. Customer service was terrible. The young lady at the window couldn't be bothered to at least smile. For $31.57 we both expect better.

Absolutely horrible customer service from the girl working the window. She has an attitude and talks like she's slow and hates her job. Definitely need way better customer service at this location. Don't wanna come back just because I hate the way she hates her job.

You just never can get served here. It’s always the system is down, we are only taking cash, if I say I have cash they will say they meant card. They are always out of a list of stuff. Tonight, system was down….again. My Dad is 86, he likes the Son of a baconator. I have to drive all the way to another Wendy’s. I have to find another burger somewhere he likes.

The workers at this location seemed like they didn't want to be bothered. My fries were cold and the hamburger was under cooked. Horrible experience! If you hate your job, stay home and don't take it out on everyone else.

Takes forever for food to be given to us, when it finally was given to us, no drinks and some of our fries were given to us. Then when we went fuss about it, the employees were catching attitudes. Like it’s honestly if Wendy’s and Popeyes had a baby. Unacceptable. Do not go to this Wendy’s.

Wendys is one of my favorite places to eat. I usually frequent the lewis street location, but on this rare occasion, i was with a friend and her family, and this location is closer to her house. Everything went smoothly til the worker that walked out our order. One of the fries we ordered was left out, and the worker rolled her eyes when we told her it was left out. All I have to say is do better.
