You just never can get served here. It’s always the system is down, we are only taking cash, if I say I have cash they will say they meant card. They are always out of a list of stuff. Tonight, system was down….again. My Dad is 86, he likes the Son of a baconator. I have to drive all the way to another Wendy’s. I have to find another burger somewhere he likes.

The workers at this location seemed like they didn't want to be bothered. My fries were cold and the hamburger was under cooked. Horrible experience! If you hate your job, stay home and don't take it out on everyone else.

Takes forever for food to be given to us, when it finally was given to us, no drinks and some of our fries were given to us. Then when we went fuss about it, the employees were catching attitudes. Like it’s honestly if Wendy’s and Popeyes had a baby. Unacceptable. Do not go to this Wendy’s.

Wendys is one of my favorite places to eat. I usually frequent the lewis street location, but on this rare occasion, i was with a friend and her family, and this location is closer to her house. Everything went smoothly til the worker that walked out our order. One of the fries we ordered was left out, and the worker rolled her eyes when we told her it was left out. All I have to say is do better.

June 4, 7pm: Cashier told a coworker she hates all Door Dash drivers. Ugly attitude, horrible customer service and they don't have drink holders.

First, cashier was unfriendly. Second, we waited 15 minutes for our food, thinking maybe they had to fry the French fries. No, ALL of our food was freezing cold. I had the grilled chicken wrap and it fell apart, so I picked the cold chicken out and tried to eat it. Also, the dining area was filthy, which should have been my first alarm to tell me to leave. There were no napkins or cold drink lids. The trash can was full to the top. Bathrooms were also dirty. There were four or five workers in the back and they were not busy at all. This experience really turned me off of eating at Wendy's, which I have always loved. No more!!!
I'm from Texas visiting one of the worst services and places to eat. Manager overwhelmed staff is frustrated. Not even paying attention to customers. It's really sad !
Needs to be a little bit More Cleaner in order area by the counter!

Dining area of this Wendys is dirty and disgusting, service slow, when i received my food the tray was gross and sticky. Health dept needs to inspect this Wendys.

I thought I was left behind in the rapture for a few minutes, till I saw an employee hidden in a closet texting. Then they reluctantly took my order with as little expression as possible. Gave me a cup for my drink, drink machine was drowning in itself so I just threw the cup away, looked to see if I was on a hidden camera prank show (I wasn't). Got on the road very quickly, apparently the burger was premade. I ordered a Jr bacon cheeseburger, was the only customer, and got a cheeseburger instead wrapped in a wrapper that was inside out. Either the owner gave up or doesn't know what is going on here.

Terrible. The cashier can't see, so she is squinting. I ordered a cold brew frosty its liquid and tastes like melted ice cream.14 dollar order and fries soggy. The manager sent two people home. No sense of urgency just blank stares.No coke with combo. 30 minute lunch break turns into 45 of wasted time.
Waited inside for service for over 10 minutes with manager and employee watching ended up leaving without ordering
