The wings are good, but don't order a drink with it. Their cheap Styrofoam cups leak.

Food was amazing, had to door dash because I currently don’t have a vehicle. The only thing that bothered me is the prices are a bit higher when you door dash compared to if I were to dine in. We looked at menu online before ordering through delivery service. Got here right on time food was delicious and hot. Wingstop should consider hiring their own delivery team. It’s a bit cheaper and people like me won’t be hesitant when ordering. I have had too many bad experiences with door dash, I was extremely hesitant to even order. But thankfully for the first time we had great people who delivered our meal.

The food was not fresh at all for as long as I waited. Number 2 I can not believe the door dash driver that delivered it. This woman's belly was hanging out and she took off running to her car, which she was parked in the middle of the road. Seeing who handled my food on the road disgusted me. To top it off she took a picture of a drink in HER car as if that was my order. Never again will I use either!!

Husband went to pick up his order they were there prior to the order being ready and was still not handed to them as soon as it was out. By the time they received the order it was cold and the fries were missing. He let them know and they did not apologize or offer to make the order fresh. Very bad customer service.

Food was great but workers was not pleasant at all tablets was dirty also it seem like every worker was upset soda machine was down still paid for a combo and didn’t even get a drink only an empty cup

Highly disappointed. I ordered online. I live 20 mins away and didn't think too check my bag before leaving. Ranch was open inside bag that caused it too be all over everything inside.. I ordered a 10 piece meal wings were dry wanted 6 hot and 4 hot honey they took it upon themselves too do half and
half! The corn was black and dry! I paid too much money and drove there for food that was not worth the drive r money!

Highly Disappointed I waited 30 minutes on fries with my meal just to get old fries. & I kindly asked Derion to fix fresh fries he said “I’m not the one to get an attitude with” I kindly said I do not have an attitude yet. I just want fresh fries. This man do not know me at all, so I just couldn’t understand why was it personal when I ask for fresh fries. You’re offended because I ask you to do your job? By getting me fresh fries. then never gave me a receipt! For my order that I purchased ! I ask DERION do I suppose to get a receipt along with the officer then once I started recording they try to hurry and give me a re print. Of not what I paid for but what I asked to be replaced. Highly dissatisfied. & will never ever be a customer again! Turn out I did not get a refund , I did not get my food ! But wingstop got my money to help on their franchise. I will contact corporate regarding this matter. cause I need the policy for a refund! & if wingstop is allowed to give refund or it’s up to a manager to give it to you or not.
