Order was over an hour late, and when I tried to call to cancel they would put me on hold and never come back to the phone. They agreed to replace the order, but when I called back several days later, the person never put my name in the "book", whatever that is. The food was not bad, but the rude and nasty service of everyone at the restaurant guarantees that I'll never be back.
OMG what a disaster. Nobody including the manager Christian had a clue what was going on. Was miss informed. Corp had to fix the screw ups. Ending up driving down the syreet to olive branch and order pizza and cheese bread. Stay away unless you like to gamble.

I always order at least once a week on Mondays due to a busy schedule for the family and Iam always treated very well at this location. Food is always served fresh and hot with exceptional customer service. The assistant manager Val is amazing and always striving to please her customers. I do wish many other fast food restaurants treated their customers this way.
