Been here many times and it has consistently been bad. They were out of burgers today. I ordered two chicken wraps with the combo. They gave me the wrong order, “chicken sandwich”… I asked for bbq sauce twice and they delivered it to me with no bbq sauce when they asked me to pull up past the window due to the order taking so long. It’s consistently been not a good experience.

I don't generally review fast food, but this is one of the best BKs I've visited. Very clean, everyone was friendly, and though short staffed, very quick. Huge shout out to the staff here!

I have to say that most of my complaint is about corporate Burger King and their nonresponse to a complaint. I stopped at this BK as I was driving through Louisiana for an early morning breakfast. I ordered the #5 breakfast meal, $5.99, and an extra sandwich for my wife. Total should be about 10 bucks. When I got to the window, I was told the total was $12.46!! When I asked why was it so much, I was told because the meal was $7.39. Now let me explain I am not from Louisiana, and the lady that was working there has a very thick accent. For the most part, I couldn’t understand most of what she said. we were in a hurry and I wasn’t really sure at that time about the actual price.(I did drive around after and double check the price on the menu board as being $5.99). When I drove back up to the window, no one answered. I did the survey on the receipt and specifically requested someone to call me back about this either for an explanation or refund. Here it is four days later and nothing. The manager hasn’t called me, corporate hasn’t reached out to me. Nothing. So the food itself was fine, the lady serving I think was pleasant. But the manager and corporate suck for their non response I think two stars is more than generous Check your totals before you leave.

Guy asked if we wanted our change at the drive through, sort of out of the ordinary. Order was slow but a young lady brought out the order with an extra order of onion rings, it was nice of her. Otherwise good wraps.

I am usually not a fan of Burger King but wow this one is on a different level. The service was absolutely exceptional. The place was clean and food was made fresh and hot. I will be visiting this one again while visiting the area.
Very unprofessional behavior. Manager on duty and another employee were verbally fighting, bad language was used-- all with customers inside waiting. Then, my order was not correct.

We went through the drive thru and were served very quickly. No line, ordered, drove up, paid and our order was ready. The only drawback was that the register's printer was messed up and we could not get a receipt. This is a bummer for those that need to get reimbursement for meals for work. Not that big of a deal for me. Restaurant seemed to be clean, parking lot was free of trash.Food was good. Our burgers were fresh, not and not loaded with mayo like some locations do. French fries were just brought up, not and perfect! Thanks!
