Wow! I was skeptical until I walked inside and then after eating a few gorditas... I was hooked.Very kind waitress excellent Mexican food.The menu is huge but well laid out. Desserts are displayed for your choosing. I think homemade.There are about 3 large tables that easily sit 6-8.Plus about 4 round tables all with comfortable seats. The drinks are in 2 large coolers with most popular beer labels. The shrimp gorditas are my favorite so far.Can't wait to go back!Parking: Plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: I'm sure kid friendly.Great place.

OMG!!! The most authentic Mexican place I have eaten. So flavorful. The beef tongue and tripe tacos were delicious. The Mexican Beef Soup OMG.... It's so hearty and homey feeling. Broth was perfect...it was naturally sweeten with the vegetables and thst bone marrow..YUM. The waitress was so nice. She was attentive and helpful. We have kids, and she listened to what they want and helped them. The place isn't huge but they have a good bit of tables and lots of drinks selection. The menu is huge. The sad part is...we live an hour away, so now we have to drive an hour to try more items on their menu Yes...go give them a try. You won't be disappointed. Flavors were on point, especially if you like real Mexican food

Delicious authentic Mexican food. It was served fresh and hot. Staff was friendly and helpful. We loved everything we ordered. The tacos and loaded nacho fries were awesome. Best rice and beans I've ever had. The next time we are in New Roads, we will be back. Thank you!

This place was tiny, food was not edible, service was awful. We ended up filling up om chips and salsa and left what we couldnt stomach. I ordered a strawberry Margarita and it's was 99% salt we won't be back

Good food,good prices,clean and nice people.I went on Sunday afternoon and got great authentic Mexican food.better by far than anywhere around here and good prices.i had quit eating out in new roads because all the super salty fried food but now have a new favorite place!

We loved our food.my husband had quail and I had fajita beef burrito,huge,and three bacon wrapped stuffed jalapeños.we will be back to try the extensive menu choices.no,it’s not Tex mex it’s so much better.be open to try new dishes.this is my new go out to eat or order out place.it’s nice to have a great new place.people were nice also.they will explain dishes,just ask!prices were also super reasonable.
