Nothing but AMAZING things to say about this location! Every single time I come inside the employees are on point. They create such a welcoming environment, always laughing and joking with each other and the customers, all while maintaining the professionalism that is to be expected from a public establishment. Job well done every time! I hope this review makes it through the correct channels to reach each employee and manager there and they get the recognition and rewards they deserve for a job well done. Keep up the good work by brightening everyone's day around you and stay doing what you're doing, because whatever it is, it's working!

1 star for food because it’s a hit or miss most of the time but tonight was one of those bad times.. My fiancé said his chalupa tasted and felt like it had already been made and sat for hours and he would know… He gets it all the time because it’s his favorite item. Unfortunately he said that tonight’s chalupa was the worst chalupa he has ever had.

1 star for service because every time I go to this Taco Bell they have workers that have attitudes and can’t take an order correctly and then look at you with a dumb look on their face when you pull up the window and question the order (NICELY) to make sure it’s right. After we were handed our food, we were quickly trying to check our order to make sure it was correct (we might have sat at the window for 10 seconds), and then one of the workers came to the window after they saw us looking through the bag and says “uh can you pull forward” even though, there was no one behind us, and we were not holding up the line! I miss the nice people they used to have.

1 star for atmosphere because every time I order food here, the workers act like they don’t want to work in the service industry. Go get another job. I’m glad other people have had good experiences but my bad ones far outweigh the good ones. Oh and let’s not forget about the last time we went, we couldn’t even get our order taken because workers were fighting inside the restaurant and the police were called. We don’t go very often but when we do, we just wish we had a good experience like others. So let’s just say, we can’t wait for Wendy’s to get built.

If anyone actually reads these things, go to Sonic. They are much friendlier. They probably have standards.

Absolutely tragic. No effort into presentation of food, food wasn’t even as described. I got the chicken cantina quesadilla, no cheese on outside, not cut, and maybe half a serving on the inside. 0/10. For almost $17
