I waited in line for over 15 mins so I assumed that my entire order would be fresh by me the only car in the drive thru...not.... fries was chewy had to ask for fresh fries nuggets cold, drive thru person had no manners, and on top this was my 1st visit and I will not be coming bk and it's been over 5 yrs since I had Wendy's and I was so excited just to be highly disappointed

I ordered a large mobile order. I was asked to pull forward while they cooked fresh fries and nuggets for my order. Everything was hot and fresh and delicious.

They are always moving in a fast pace, place your order and its right out no time at all, while staff keeps a smile on there face always kind and courteous!

Unfortunately we couldn’t even make an order, sat in the drive through for about 20 minutes without anyone coming to the speaker probably because they were all in the lobby talking

At first, everything was great and you do get a better experience if you dine in. Every single time I have ordered through drive thru as a mobile order, I'm still waiting at least 30 minutes after arriving at their window. At least twice now, they are out of baked potatoes so my only other option is French fries. Um baked potato is the healthier option. I wasn't greeted at speaker. I'm told after hearing conversation between employees that I can order when ready. Hello to you too. Now granted it is fast food that isn't fast. I was under the impression that the mobile order option is supposed to be faster and more accurate. My profile has a phone number and email to contact me to let me know before I get there that they are out of potatoes or have the option to not pick it. Needless to say, this has been a review covering multiple visits. I have had absolutely no problems dining in.

I do not understand how I see several workers but me and five other people are waiting on food more than 10 minutes. I don't know what they're doing when people are are not there but they are definitely not preparing food or ready to wait on customers.
