I just had there seafood platter and it was wonderful and the manager and staff was so friendly and nice make sure when you go get a extra order of hush puppies they bring tears to your
It takes us about an hour and a half to drive to Carl's, but it is WELL worth it!! The food is cooked fresh and the service is always excellent!! At Carl's, they make you feel like family!! It's just an overall great place!!

I do not understand how highly recommended this place is from the locals. We had undercooked shrimp, dried fish, and burnt hushpuppies. A tablespoon of oil filled my mouth after taking a bite of hushpuppies, and it was not a pleasant sensation. Upon arriving home, my stomach rejected the food I had, so wont be going back. Imo overpriced for terrible quality.
