I've been waiting on a Dr pepper with pickles for 20 minutes paid on the screen with card.. the car hopes are lost they can't figure out who ordered what... 28 minutes it took and they still messed up the order...

I've waited 3 days to calm down before this review! They can't get Jack correct always polite but that's not acceptable on accuracy! When I show up I feel like a I'm going 2 get whatever is in my bag. Makes sense considering its Oakdale....it's fast food, I expect very little! i have minimal expectations. I had ordered an ULTIMATE meat and cheese burrito 11/29/2023 at the OAKDALE, LA Sonic drive-in#2647 at 21:13:50 , ticket #501327 , I received a JR sized “ultimate”. With barely any egg, sausage crumble (NOT THE PATTIES LIKE SUPPOSED TO) , 3 tater tots!, and NO BACON. What the hell. Do better. That was not the same burrito I ordered the other day. I would like to speak to a manager.
