App was down, per usual. I had to wait 15 mins after I pressed the button for someone to take my order. Once they finally did, they were so rude and unprofessional. Instead of explaining things, they got an attitude and raised their tone with me. They asked me the same questions over and over because they couldn’t hear me. Then interrupted me when I did speak. This was at 9pm and there were only 3 cars here.

The lady on the phone was very rude. She didn’t ask my name and just said “yeah well we don’t have an order for you” hurt my feelings quite a bit.💔☹️☹️😢

I've been waiting on a Dr pepper with pickles for 20 minutes paid on the screen with card.. the car hopes are lost they can't figure out who ordered what... 28 minutes it took and they still messed up the order...

Whomever make this cherry limeade slush in the Oakdale,la Sonic needs a raise. It is soooooo good. The only thing you are missing is my cherry.
I've waited 3 days to calm down before this review! They can't get Jack correct always polite but that's not acceptable on accuracy! When I show up I feel like a I'm going 2 get whatever is in my bag. Makes sense considering its Oakdale....it's fast food, I expect very little! i have minimal expectations. How can somebody not follow instructions and beep beep beep chain? I am at .....GOING NOT BACK to ÌF YOU DONT HOLD PEOPLE ACCEPTABLE AND ACCOUNTABLE! YOUR 48H ! FOR TOUR EDUCATION SKILLS IS SHOWING.
