This place has the worst service ever. You can just stand there and no one will help you. You just have to stand and wait. At the window you will just sit there. Omg they need to just close down.

Stopped by on Friday , January 14th to buy some chicken tenders. I enetered the restaurant throught the neighboring circle k . I stood for aproximately 5 minutes in the waiting area and then was told by the manager that the dining area was closed. So i proceeded to my vehicle to order. Waited 5 minutes at the drive through speaker no one answered. Finally just proceeded to the window to order. There i was told that they have no chicken tenders. So i asked to see the manager. She came to the window and i said why didnt you tell you didnt have any tenders she said well we do but they are frozen. I said wait your a chicken store churches chicken with no chicken defrosted. I will guarantee i will not stop here again . Rude staff and hey they dont have defrosted chicken.

Took a good bit of time waiting on the chicken to cook (about 20 minutes). One lady was working her butt off while the other one was just walking around. Apparently, when you order 12 chicken tenders you only get 10. ?

Last night we ordered 10 piece with rice, and tender meal with rice …what we got was 8thighs and 2 legs with fries, and in a separate box we got 3 thighs ( no tenders) with fries this is shameful people, will not ever order again, unbelievable

Service is lacking in some employees. Judging by the conditions, or lack of air conditioning, employees stated a/c has been out 3 days, this location needs love from the owners. My food selection was a few pieces of dark meat and mashed potatoes. Nothing else.

Their employees are very focused on the customers health they are not wearing mask and the cashier when I had gave her a 10 she went to put it in put was more focus on the money I was putting back into my wallet. Then the cook wasn’t talking all over the food with out a mask . And it bothered me for my health. I ordered a 3 piece and when I ate it my stomach immediately felt bad. I don’t think the chicken is cooked all the way to be honest. The inside in the chicken is very…. How do I say this.. soft? But really soft. Anyway what really bothered me is that COVID is still very serious and the employees aren’t even wearing a mask when talking to the customers or while by the food.

The Service Was Somewhat Lax And Unaccompaning. The Cashier That Took Our Order Was Not Very Friendly And Seemed To Be In A Rush For Is To Place Our Order, And We Were The Only Patrons In The Place. The Place Was Also Somewhat Unclean, Both In Store And Behind The Counter.

This place has the worst management and staff i've ever seen in a fast food restaurant. Always waiting on food, never friendly and inconsiderate of customers. Waited 23 minutes in line because they refused to pull 1 car up, they are sorry. They obviously never get mystery shops or graded visits, if they did they would have been closed down.
