I happen to stop by because I was very hungry. However, as soon as I walked in I got hit with a wave of excessive heat. It felt as if I stepped into am oven. It was hotter inside the establishment more than outside. I waited a few minutes and then canceled my order bc it was ridiculous how in June, there was no AC running. I honestly feel bad for the employees working there, THEY DO NOT DESERVE TO WORK IN SUCH DEPLORABLE CONDITIONS!!! They were sweating, looking exhausted, and dehydrated. How can anyone in a position of management subject their subordinates to such horrible conditions and expect them to give great customer service?!?!? Management needs to be fired and/or that store get closed until the AC is back in working condition. Don't try to fix it, ACTUALLY FIX IT!!!!

Miss the old school pizza huts with the salad bar. It's also crazy for 2 large super supreme pizzas and a skillet cookie it ran me $48. That's ridiculous even with inflation.
Fun fact : pizza hur use to be the biggest buyer of kale when they use to use it for their salad bar

Red headed male employee is a complete jerk. RUDE. I left without placing an order and I’ll never go to that location ever again. His appearance is also very sloppy and wouldn’t want him making my food anyway.

Very dissatisfied with the overall experience and will not be using them again. It should not take 1 1/2 hours to receive a cold pizza and 1 order of boneless wings cold for $40. No manager onsite to express concerns or correct the problem. Just an answering service when you call that couldn’t care less about your problem and transfers you to a voicemail.

I ordered $22 worth of food at 9:06pm April 24,2024. My payment went through and at 9:50 i was sent a text that my order was on its way to be delivered. I waited another hour and never received my food. I want my money back and more !
