Every time we order pizza from this place, it takes over a hour to get the food. And when we finally do get it, it's cold and nasty. Will never order a single thing from this place again.

I watched the cook touch her face and hair and then started making the pizza without washing her hands. Also, the front person collected money and touched the register and then handled the pizzas, pasta, and more without washing her hands. I asked her about using gloves to make the food. She stated that they don't wear gloves. I requested a full refund.

Zero stars. Ordered food at 5:30pm says it’s in oven at 5:33. Should be delivery by 6pm. 6:30pm comes call the store multiple times no answer. Call corporate they won’t help either. Jump in vehicle get to store food isn’t even in oven. They are waiting for doordash drivers bc they don’t have any. Guess what our food wasn’t even in the oven yet. So yeah 7pm I’m going somewhere else to get food. Not even a phone call or heads up. Phone is ringing off the hook and they don’t even answer the thing. At least answer and let these people know what’s going on. Horrible service will never be contacting any Pizza Hut for service.

Ordered delivery the other night. Quoted at 2 hours for delivery. Never came. Called repeatedly, wouldn’t answer. Drove to the store. No one would come to the pick up window. Walked inside to address manager and noticed a huge all caps note stating “ANSWER THE PHONE” taped next to the receiver. Asked for my money back. Manager kept calling his manager repeatedly with no answer, and wouldn’t take action like he was scared to do anything without permission. Told me he can’t find my order in the system to refund me even though the food ordered was found sitting in the hot box with a time stamp of almost two hours prior. Asked him to give me cash since he couldn’t find me in the system. He walked away and came back 5 minutes later still trying to make phone calls. Told him I needed to leave and I want my money back now. He then proceeded to pull out a spiral notebook with handwritten notes on how to open the register for a refund and then didn’t give me the full amount. Spent 30 minutes in the store after waiting over 2 hours for delivery. And of course the store itself was filthy. Oh, and the phone was ringing off the hook the whole time and none of the 3 workers would answer it.

I drove 25mins for Garbage!!!!!!!!!I ordered a Supreme,,, all I want was (One side of my Pizza with No Italian Sausage and the other side Beef) They're obviously confused on the difference between Italian Sausage and Beef! Go figure Italian Sausage was All over the pizza & maybe 10 pieces of Beef!!!!It won't Surprise me if they lock the doors for good..... Definitely not going back, I'd rather The one in New Iberia "They Know the difference between Sausage & Beef

The people at Pizza Hut taking the orders obviously was not from America didn't understand what I was saying I couldn't understand what he was saying and after we ordered ask him how much it was and he transferred me to somebody and then they transferred me to somebody I couldn't get a 2 l soda for nothing on the order isn't it if you don't have in 30 minutes is free cuz they told me 45
