Food is always great, bathrooms are always clean and spacious. Service is some of the worse service I've had though. Greeter for seating looked miserable and as though we had nerve asking to be seated. Wait staff always is slow, never can find wait staff. The atmosphere is always great and the good is always on point, they need new management or all new staff that want to work and have better dispositions though. If they can fix that they can get better guests, more business.

Visit on Saturday 9/23/23. First and foremost, beautiful restaurant and grounds. Food has been good on past visits.Asked to be sat outside, was initially given a table, our drink order was taken at that time, 2 waters. Minutes later our waitress, Chasity, who was courteous, returned with our waters and we were notified she was going off shift and the bartender/server Amber taking her place was refusing to serve us outside. (Besides us, there was one other table of two.) We walked inside the restaurant and was introduced to Chuck. Explaining to Chuck that we were refused service, the bartender was attempting to argue that she was just the bartender. Well who is our server??? She then, came from around the bar and asked what we wanted, grabbed my hand and squeezed it. I told her not to touch me. Chuck, stood in shock or amazement or bewildered, he said nothing. I told him we feel uncomfortable being there after all of this, still, nothing. Turned around and walked out.Sad to see such a nice restaurant have such poor service :(

Other than swatting mosquitoes (we switched tables and it got better), it was a pleasant dining experience. Red snapper and Catfish Atchafalaya were delicious. One of top choices in tri-city Area!

The atmosphere on the golf course is very nice. We both ordered the Fried Catfish topped with Crawfish Etouffee. It came out hot and stayed hot through to the end of the meal. It was delicious, best etouffee we have ever had. Service was great! they do have Sweet Tea
Had the catfish poboy, not bad but there's better. Service was good, atmosphere was good. Will return to try something else.

Fantastic dining room with a lodge like presence. Open, spacious, and welcoming. I enjoyed the Catfish (grilled) Atchafalaya. It was superb. Very good menu pricing. Our server was on top of refills, had the proper amount of table presence, and provided us with a warm experience. Definitely worth the drive.

My husband ordered a medium filet mignon that had to be returned to the kitchen three times. The first time, the filet mignon was cooked well done, the 2nd time it returned to the table rare, and the 3rd time the restaurant butterflied the filet referencing the thickness of the meat but the filet mignon still wasn't cooked to medium. My husband cooked the butchered filet mignon at home to medium. I had the unpleasurable experience of ordering the crab cake appetizer and the seafood platter and all of the seafood had the same salty taste. We will not be returning to this restaurant

I had grilled catfish topped with crayfish etouffee on a bed of rice. It was a total Cajun experience. It was good to be home again.
