The burgers are HUGEEEEE! I’m not exaggerating. The fries are good. The only thing that the food is missing is seasoning. They don’t season anything at all. Not even salt and pepper.

20+ minutes wait on a burger is ridiculous ?‍♂️

I,ordered the xxl burger with cheese and bacon,i must say that was so good.Everything was hot and fresh.The lafy at the counter who took my order was knowledgeable, Salute to the entire staff.

The professional staff made me feel welcome and comfortable.

However, the unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful franchise owner of the neighbor Arby's made my dining experience scary. I highly suggest NO ONE dine at Arby's due to the unprofessional behavior of their owner.

Never again. Overpriced, takes too long to get food, kids meal is $12.49! And it doesn't even come with a toy! The child I had with me loves bugers, and was very disappointed there was no toy. I bought a kids' meal at the Arby's next door to get a toy. Someone I was with ordered a milk shake, waited ten minutes, and watched many other people order and receive their food. Asked about the milk shake and was told they were going to make it in a few minutes. Said never mind and got their money back. This place is a joke.

Incredibly slow! There is a sign that says you cannot rush perfection, even perfection doesn't take this long to get your food!

I had never heard of Fatburger until this one opened up. I decided to give it a try one evening, and wanted to order a XXL meal. They were out of large patties (I understood because they had been busy!), so I ordered a double Original instead. When I received my order, it was a single and not a double. I went back inside to see if I could get my second patty, and THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! They remade my entire order fresh! Burger and fries hot and ready to go! The entire crew was fantastic and hands down the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever received at a fast food restaurant! I will return, and I encourage all of my fellow truckers to take care of these fine employees as they do their best to take care of us!

Great first experience with friendly employees and food served hot and fresh. Only drawbacks are a very tiny seating area with tables and chairs close together and the drink machine wasn't functioning properly— I tried to get sweet tea and it was just water. Otherwise, very enjoyable and we'll be back to try other menu items!

Worst burger joint I've ever been to. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger, plain, nothing else on it. They said I get free fries and drink with it, okay. Whatever. I pay for it, and then they asked for a tip. Boy this is where I messed up. Gave him a little bit of a tip. And then he proceeded to tell me it's going to be at least 15 minutes. I was probably there more like 20-25 minutes. Then I get back on my truck, get out on the road, the fries are cold, and they they proceeded to put everything on my burner. EVERYTHING. I ASKED FOR A PLAIN BACON CHEESEBURGER. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. But then again, it's ran by a bunch of foreigners. They don't care. All they're in it for is the money. Forget about customer service. Again, I will never go to this place again.

First off, I love that we have a fat burger close by. Atmosphere was, well, think of a food court at a mall but in a pilot station. Four restaurants with shared seating. It's fine because, again I'm just happy to have a fat burger near. The food was great. Burgers and onion rings were perfect. The only reason I'm giving four stars was that we waited 15 minutes for the food and my wife's fries were cold when we got them. I will be back and hope to change it to 5 Stars!
