WHEN I WENT BACK THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH TO SHOW THEM THE MANAGER WHICH WAS A YOUNG SLIM SHORT BLACK HAD GIRL TOLD ME THAT IT PROBABLY CAME FROM ME AND TOLD ME TO GET OUT HER DRIVE THEU. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD. I ALSO GOT SICK FROM THERE CHICKEN TENDERS LAST WEEK. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN AND I WONT STOP UNTIL THIS PLACE IS SHUT DOWN. This is OUTRAGEOUS!!

McDonald's doesn't like to throw away lettuce apparently. I just got two sandwiches and neither one had a green piece of lettuce. Brown mushy lettuce at every McDonald's. I know it isn't the workers fault for their products but the manager has to tell the higher ups before someone gets sick.

The staff isn't friendly at all. Came here several different times throughout the day. They hand you your food without speaking or thanking you for visiting. It's simple mannerisms to speak to customers and thank them. Also, they don't check the restrooms for cleaning enough, and the hand sanitizer stations are always out of hand sanitizer.

One of the better McDonald's in the area they have their problems but they seem to overcome them pretty quick.
It was a bit messy that the bathroom had toilet tissue all over the floor, and one stall had no paper at all. The workers were quite pleasant, and when informed of the bathroom, they went right away to fix it. Order was taken and served with wonder smiling service.

Was handed a coffee with a loose lid, wound up with burns on my hand, chest, and lap. Asked for a towel to clean up, was handed a singular paper napkin. Easy way to lose my business right there. Burned and insulted all in the same stop. Never again.

Ordered in the app and was supposed to get two frappes for our drinks….get there and they supposedly don’t have frappes. Cashier/cook who brought the food out was absolutely clueless when I asked about a refund on the frappes since the soft drinks substituted were considerably cheaper than the frappes originally ordered. Got the refund and coke no problem…waited for 10 min while they supposedly changed the Dr Pepper bag out inside. After 10 min had gone by, I went inside to see what the hold up was and it was very clear that they had forgotten about my drink. Another couple min goes by and a manager who wasn’t even on the clock hands me a cup to fix my own drink. I can say confidently that I won’t be returning to this location again after this

Terribly slow, guy at the register doesn’t look happy and hates his job! We’ve been sitting in the car waiting for our food for over 15 mins. They brought out our food twice, but it was incorrect.
