Half the menu is sold out every time I go here so you have to sit there and like individually ask about each item while they tell you they're sold out of each thing one at a time. And the drive through is completely blocked so you cant exit if you get tired of it.

I ordered on the app (easiest way) and it was wrong. I paid for jalapeño sauce to be added to the Mexican pizza and it was not. Also, the pizza tasted like cardboard and old meat. This is the second time this has happened. I’m unsure of how customer service was because I didn’t pick up the order I just placed it and my sister picked it up on her way home. The last time I ordered from this location the pizza also tasted old and I got food poisoning. It’s saddening to pay money for extra stuff and the food be wrong AND taste sour/old. Also, we didn’t get any of the sauce requested, no napkins, no utensils. I will not be retuning to this location.

The customer service is horrible. Everyone who works here seems miserable. They always make you back up to the yellow pole and pull forward to make their time better. It’s very aggravating. They don’t even greet you or nothing just “pull back to the yellow pole and pull forward”. *slams window in your face*. Food is mediocre. They act like taking orders is a chore. Someone is always on a smoke break outside instead of working every time we pull up. Food quality is pretty bad. Only come here because there are two fast food places in town. The McDonald’s is always wrapped around the building and the Taco Bell is always slow no matter what. And it’s pretty obvious why!

I ordered a buncha food and ECAXTLY 1 hott sauce pack. And they gave me exactly 1 hott sauce. I respect the attention to detail. 5 stars. I've also ordered here a bunch and they have always been friendly and served good food for taco bell. Recommend.

I went here a few months ago and when I got in the line and ordered my food when I pulled up to the window I was asked to back up behind a pole which is really annoying and I think maybe even a safety hazard so I made a complaint. The manager called and told me that she was sorry and it wouldn't happen again I went there last night and the young man in the drive-thru took my debit card and then ask me to back up all the way to the yellow pole again and he hadn't even given me back my debit card yet or my receipt. So I started to back up and realized I had to reach out of the window and grab my card. I don't understand why they keep doing this but I don't want to have pull up to get my food and have to drive backwards and then pull forward again. That's rediculous.

I just left the drive through at this Tacobell and asked for a live person. The lady who came to take the order was very rude. She rushed us to place our order and when I asked her why she had an attitude she said that she didn’t, but it was clear as the attitude was there. I don’t understand if people do not like their jobs, why do they still clock in every day.

The reason for 3 star atmosphere is due to its size. It's very very cramped and the parking is very unfriendly and dangerous. I refuse to park in their lot. I'll go through the drive through and just sit in my vehicle the grocery store parking lot.
