Dude at the drive through window Threatened to fine us because it was storming and we couldn’t see the sign that said no trailer in the drive through. Regardless it didn’t do anything and we drove it perfectly through. We’re not even from this town, this is a Taco Bell near a truck stop. No one’s coming back around. Get over yourself buddy.

Automated drive-through so we went in the bilding and nobody at the counter so we had to use keisosk and we went to get a drink and it was out and the lady was rude. It was horrible

I went through the drive got my food and I accidentally ordered the wrong number and I had asked the cashier Darryl if he could fix and he was really nice, the manager came to help fix the order acted as if I was a terrible person for making a mistake treated me badly even after apologizing she slid the window shut mid apology. Darryl is nice the manager was extremely rude.

I ordered my food on the app not knowing they would make it immediately. When I figured that out I called 12 times to let them know to hold on making it bc I wasn’t close. They never answered the phone at all and when I arrived both managers were sitting in their cars with headsets on. That’s why the phone was never answered. I explained when I got there and they had to go find the manager and she basically said I was lying and never called. And refuse to remake some of the time sensitive food like nachos. Such shitty management and service. We will not be back

I order my food at 11:30pm today that’s at least an hour and 30 mins before they close okay so while I was ordering my food the young lady was rude to me and assume I was finished when I wasn’t then when I pulled up to the window she still had an attitude problem for no reason like if you hate your job that bad don’t work there or taking it out on your customers
i ordered 3 combos and a cantina bowl with a large tea,the order was $53 after i rounded up.when i got home i was missing a steak burrito and a crunch wrap supreme,also the 3 tacos and no sauce so i called and was told to come back,but manager was leaving to talk to another lady. when i walked in i was told to go to kiosk so i told her the problem,she said she would make the food and when i got home i had the burrito and a taco so still did not receive what i paid for.its my 4th time going since they opened and every time at least one main item is left out

Not only do I walk in to a kiosk only ordering, but after I ordered took over 20 minutes to get my food. Then after finally getting my food and getting home my extra beef I paid extra for? Not only did the extra Not make it on my food, but the regular amount of beef didn't make it on there either. Poor attitudes, horrible work ethic, and just plain lazy! To pay almost $8 for a burrito and get as much beef as a taco? Inexcusable. And I used to frequently visit this particular restaurant because it's down the street from my work. But I'll drive the extra couple of miles to another location after this experience.
