I went here a few months ago and when I got in the line and ordered my food when I pulled up to the window I was asked to back up behind a pole which is really annoying and I think maybe even a safety hazard so I made a complaint. The manager called and told me that she was sorry and it wouldn't happen again I went there last night and the young man in the drive-thru took my debit card and then ask me to back up all the way to the yellow pole again and he hadn't even given me back my debit card yet or my receipt. So I started to back up and realized I had to reach out of the window and grab my card. I don't understand why they keep doing this but I don't want to have pull up to get my food and have to drive backwards and then pull forward again. That's rediculous.

I just left the drive through at this Tacobell and asked for a live person. The lady who came to take the order was very rude. She rushed us to place our order and when I asked her why she had an attitude she said that she didn’t, but it was clear as the attitude was there. I don’t understand if people do not like their jobs, why do they still clock in every day.

The reason for 3 star atmosphere is due to its size. It's very very cramped and the parking is very unfriendly and dangerous. I refuse to park in their lot. I'll go through the drive through and just sit in my vehicle the grocery store parking lot.

I ordered tonight ask for fresh nacho fries..the fries look like they dipped them back in grease..full of grease ask for a refund the cashier Leah act like she wanted to get an attitude. Then here comes the cook to the window like he was coming to say something to me the manger shut the window on him and took over...her attitude was so nasty that I wanted a refund for my whole order now!!
I'm still getting used to the bad machine but it worked well

Dude at the drive through window Threatened to fine us because it was storming and we couldn’t see the sign that said no trailer in the drive through. Regardless it didn’t do anything and we drove it perfectly through. We’re not even from this town, this is a Taco Bell near a truck stop. No one’s coming back around. Get over yourself buddy.

Automated drive-through so we went in the bilding and nobody at the counter so we had to use keisosk and we went to get a drink and it was out and the lady was rude. It was horrible
