Someone has to tell the servers that Everytime you serv a burrito, the tortillas need to be warmed can't serve the tortillas cold straight from the bag, when you serv a burrito with cold tortillas,the taste es no good at all, an need to check the pizza crunch tortilla for the expiration date, because some times when is bin in the bag for long time, start getting a bad test....

To Rude employees with bad attitudes to my orders always being wrong. This place is the epitome of a failing store. Employees there are lazy and do not want to work. Past 10pm (mind you they close at 1am) everything is either broke, uncleaned, or simply not on. Not to mention they don’t want to stay open til 1am and will leave early. Worst establishment in PR. Jamaican Joe could run a tighter ship then these lazy excuse for employees. Never going again.

Feb 9, 2024…..after a long @$$ Friday at work in MS and a two hour drive home the ol’lady said she wanted Taco Bell….it was obvious right from the start that the employees scheduled tonight we’re having fun on the job…. I even had to say “Who Dat Say Dey’gonna Beat Dem Saints” through the drive through speaker…..and it just happened to be the freshest and tastiest Taco Bell we EVER ate. Good conversation at the window as well about good vibes at work resulting in high productivity and top notch goods! Coincidence??? I don’t think not….I KNOW not. I hope that corporate or the private franchise owners see this REVIEW and give praise to whoever was on schedule tonight and their manager. This is how you succeed! Big props to the Taco Bell team in Pearl River, LA tonight!! Y’all can work for me anytime! Stay up!!!!

Called the store 3 times with no answer, pulled into the drive thru to pick up my mobile order to no answer at the speaker, drove to the window and didn't see anyone. There were employee cars and employees inside of the building when I drove around. Had to cancel my order & get a refund. Dissatisfied doesn't begin to explain how I feel

It's so repetitive with the service and incorrect food. Each time I try this location they have maybe 2 employees,they stare at you at the counter instead approaching you. Then when they do they try to force you to use the kiosk. Food is always incorrect or they just don't even add the actual ingredients that belong on the item at all even without modification. They aren't overwhelmed because I will be the ONLY person there and still wait forever then have to give it right back because it's wrong.

Ordered 3 soft tacos with meat only, received 3 soft tacos with meat, cheese and lettuce, went back through drive through to get the right tacos and received 3 hard tacos with barely any meat and this is why I don’t go to Taco Bell anymore.

I don’t know how you screw up a simple order. Legitimately asked for bean burrito with no onions. Not only did they add onions, they added a pound of onions in each burrito.

Drive thru cashier spilled drink on me while passing the drink and I had to ask her to give me napkins after she clearly seen that she wasted it on me, then my chalupa is slimy! And the chips taste like chemicals like they cleaned the heating cabinet while the chips were in there! I am very disappointed it’s like kids are running the store
