I ordered ONE meal. They told me to pull around front that it would take about 7 mins. Okay I can do that. 30 mins later I am walking inside. The girl who is fixing the bags has NO IDEA what she is doing. She gave my food out the window already. The man cooking and running the register is not paying attention. He proceeds to tell me itll be ANOTHER 15 min wait for my food that I have now waited 35 mins for. Um no sir. Just refund me. Then once he refunds it, says itll be back on my card within 10 business days. This establishment has gone so far down that im not sure if it can be fixed. They cannot say they were busy, as there were 0 cars in the drive through when I got there. 1 family inside already eating. 1 man who got there while I was parked and waiting for his food also. While there 2 cars came through the drive through and left with food, one being mine. (Also while leaving the man who got my food was walking in with it telling him that he had 3 meals not one and he didnt even order chicken.)

Showed up at 8:35 pm. The store closes at 10 pm, but the employees already shut down the shake machine, turned off all the lights, and covered their trash cans with trays. They clearly didn't want to serve anyone. I was looking forward to a coffee shake for the 2 hour drive I have remaining, but I just left annoyed.

Gave it 4 stars because it was good for fast food. No one goes here expecting gourmet. You get what you ask for and it was warm. Our order was correct. We will be returning next time we pass thru.

Service was not good. The woman taking the order was very rude and condescending about my order. She corrected me about what I ordered, even though she was wrong. To top it all off I still received the wrong order and the food was cold. Multiple items on the menu were not in stock. The seating area and condiments area was unclean. The garbage was over flowing. Some of this would be understandable if the place was busy, but there was only one other couple present. I would not recommend this place.

This is the better Arby's in our area, the only other one is in Alexandria and they dont do online orders or coupons and they have terrible service every time I've been. This one on 28 east is much better

Went to the Pineville La location 09/24/2024 and they didn't have anything, everything was temporary out,
The associate at the window shows NO enthusiasm or no courteous attitude
Every time I go to the drive-through which is about twice or three times a month if you ask her a question, she rolls her eyes and acts like you have inconvenienced her to ask any questions.
I hope that’s not the best that you can put at the window, I suggest you evaluate her attitude and friendliness. It is poor to say the least.
The associate is an older black woman. I do not know her name, but she is typically always at the window after 5 o’clock..

Love Arby's roast beef and their horsey sauce. This review is for the last few drive through orders. I like to order 2 double roads beef sandwiches with horsey sauce. However, they staff is more interested in getting order FAST instead of RIGHT. The last 3-4 times I've ordered iget Arby's sauce, which I hate, and no horsey sauce. Sad that the script is more important than listening. Tried to send complaint to Arby's Corp but their website has required field that are blocked off so you can't send any feedback to them. Sad way to run a business

I like their turkey sandwiches. Drive thru line was very short and very few customers inside, but the attitude of the person at the window would make you think they were extremely busy.
The bread seemed a bit stale at the corner of the sandwich. The fillings were fine otherwise and seemed pretty fresh.

Disgusting!!! Sandwiches and fries were cold, hard, old, and not edible. They had obviously been sitting there way too long. This is unacceptable!! Arby's should be ashamed to charge over $10 for a meal that ends up in the trash. The 1 star is because the drinks were ok... the rest of it 🤮

Never thought the day would come that I’d leave a negative review for Arby’s. Been coming here for years and order the same thing. Asked for a side of red ranch to put on my sandwich and had to throw all of them away because they were Arby’s sauce. I told her it was definitely not red ranch and she said that’s all they have. They either changed recipes, those cups of RR were bad, or she lying. Nevertheless, I won’t be back. Worth mentioning as well that it took my entire lunch break to even get my food
