I like their turkey sandwiches. Drive thru line was very short and very few customers inside, but the attitude of the person at the window would make you think they were extremely busy.
The bread seemed a bit stale at the corner of the sandwich. The fillings were fine otherwise and seemed pretty fresh.

Disgusting!!! Sandwiches and fries were cold, hard, old, and not edible. They had obviously been sitting there way too long. This is unacceptable!! Arby's should be ashamed to charge over $10 for a meal that ends up in the trash. The 1 star is because the drinks were ok... the rest of it đ€ź

Never thought the day would come that Iâd leave a negative review for Arbyâs. Been coming here for years and order the same thing. Asked for a side of red ranch to put on my sandwich and had to throw all of them away because they were Arbyâs sauce. I told her it was definitely not red ranch and she said thatâs all they have. They either changed recipes, those cups of RR were bad, or she lying. Nevertheless, I wonât be back. Worth mentioning as well that it took my entire lunch break to even get my food

For some reason they were out of everything. What I could order was not hot when I received the order and it was early and the food should have been fresh and hot. Poor management for not having the menu items. At least have a list of what you don't have for the customer to see before they start trying to order.

Took 45 minutes to get through drive thru with only 3 cars on the line as one person was doing everything- taking orders, filling orders, and collecting payments. Fried turkey sandwich certainly did not look like ad on tv. It was skimpy and tasted like cardboard. sandwiches with fries cost $30!

Ordered Deluxe Beef Burger. The bun was hard and stale. Returned the burger to the counter and the answer for the stale bun was ânot sure how it could be stale, we just thawed them out yesterdayâ. Gave you a chance Arbyâs ⊠wonât be back

I went inside and was placing my order at the counter. After ordering an asst. manager last name Wade came up and said " woe woe woe slow down this girl is new and she took my order and relayed it to the new girl and got it wrong twice. Wade started closing the register and very rudely told me to move down. She was constantly complaining. A guy came in from the drive thru because his order was wrong. Wade came up and said" I gave you 3 sauce at the window, you don't need any more " and the guy told Wade he wasn't asking for sauce. Another employee ask Wade a question and again speaking very rude said " My shift be over ask you manager". I ask for extra thousand Island for my Ruben like I do every week and she said" it comes on the sandwiche you don't get extra. When I first walked in, she was being very rude to someone in the drive thru telling him he needed to learn how to order and slow down. The new girl apologized to me several times about Wade. My food was cold because it sat there while I waited for them to cook cheese sticks and sliders which Wade forgot.Ibspen $40 there every week and I won't any more
