Back Woods Catering came through with good quality, delicious chicken dressing, although it had more/different seasoning than our family recipe. Two fam members raved about it; two missed family recipe; two good with either. All the family agreed the giblet gravy seemed like a spicy Cajun sauce (thin/brothy&clear; seafood undertones). Most of us missed having a thick, mild-flavored type giblet gravy like we’re accustomed to.
We appreciated that they hustled to let my sister pick it up a day early and were patient when the one picking it up for our family thought it had already been paid for in advance. Pickup person just called, then I gave the needed card info to pay by phone.
It did take a week or more to get the order figured out and placed because they’re hard to reach by phone. They prefer texting in order to have things in writing and keep orders straight. But they’re slow seeing/responding to Q’s, etc, partly due to not getting order info already discussed jotted down in a timely manner (maybe stay very busy?). They were nice, though, & we got it done. (Back Woods currently shares a bldg with Guillory Specialty Meats.)

Seriously since its based on "food" and not the person. Idk, but service should count for something and after the way she treated children on a school bus... I'm sure she would smile in face as she takes ur money. Hopefully ur children wheren't insulted by the same person in which fixed u or ur families dinner. Nor ur husband or his companies lunch for company meetings. Thank God for freedom of speech..
