i sat in line for 35 minutes trying to pick up my mobile order, i tried to go thru the app and cancel but it wouldn’t let me. i eventually left, losing my money for my order. and going somewhere else. i’ll never be back, i watched about 6-7 people get out of line and leave

Went there to get an order of cheesy tots, mozzarella sticks, and a large Coke waited for 20 minutes just for them to tell me that they could not provide a receipt for my order and that it was going to be an additional weight and that I needed to pull up I told them no the woman tried to give me a Coke, which when she got the ice, she did not use an ice scoop. She was scooping it up with a cup. She was not wearing gloves And most of the workers were just standing around then when I received my cheesy tots and cheese sticks they were very greasy and cold.

Had two burgers, they completely messed up on both. The only thing good I'll say is the manager I spoke with was super cool and understanding. He gets a five but the restaurant is a one.
Went to get lunch at 12:39pm Thursday. No cars in line. Pull up to order and wait. Sign says no iced drinks. Wtf? No on come on the speaker to take my order. Wait some more. Almost 3 minutes no one. I drove off. This place is a waste of space.
THIS RESTAURANT WAS VERY CLEAN AND SMELLS VERY REFRESHING! THIS PLACE REALLY FEELS LIKE HOME! I CAN TELL THERES A NEW MANAGER HERE THAT IS VERY CLEAN! GREAT PICK!

I forgot to pick up my order a couple days ago and the manager replaced my food without a problem! these guys are very nice! everyone should support this BK and go check them out! AND they’re open til 11 pm during the week and 12am on weekends!!!
