Our food was delivered and our burgers weren't correct plus we didn't get all of our order. I don't know if the other ones are as bad as this one but I'm done no more Burger King from now on McDonald's only.

I don't know the woman's name who manages this BK, because she refused to give me her name or a phone number for the store (I only asked because [delivery service] support was trying to call to verify information and they had the wrong number), but some people shouldn't be working in the service industry. Period.

I can't imagine that Burger King is that tolerant of a manager who curses at delivery services, yells at people in the drive-through (and I don't mean me... the person ordering in front of me), and mistakenly gives people's orders away and then *blames the customer who is still waiting on their food* and then *demands payment from them again* before she'll even consider making the order over. (Oddly enough, they ALREADY HAD THE ORDER "REMADE." In the time it took me to get to the window?? Seriously??)

[Delivery services] have a system to prevent people from stealing orders, so that isn't what happened here. If someone else ended up with it, it's because the store failed to confirm the order with the driver. I don't know why she thinks [service personnel] wouldn't keep a record of those confirmations.

My best guess is that she knew exactly what she was doing. Especially considering the attitude she had when Support simply said that no one had confirmed picking it up and tried to PAY FOR IT AGAIN. Why would you still be cursing at us?

I can't apologize enough to Customers who don't get their dinner because of places like this... that really keep people like this on staff. Her actions are borderline criminal, and I won't be delivering for that store anymore.

I don't have time to argue with someone when I have customers waiting on food that someone else gave away (or, even more likely, stole for themselves). I also don't have the patience for willful ignorance, but that's giving her the benefit of the doubt and she didn't even earn that.

These people are probably spitting in your food. It's not their fault, though. They need a leader with common sense.

Food made me sick and manager acted like she couldn’t speak in drive thru, I said hello how you doing TWICE and she never said a word! No smile on her face nothing, she handed me the food, I said thank you and she never spoke back! She should t be in the food industry if she hates her job! I’ll never go back, I was just hungry and it was on the way home, otherwise I wouldn’t have stopped because I don’t care for BK to begin with

What the hell happened to this chain. I remember these guys used to go big time against McDonalds. Don't ever discontinue the original chicken sandwich and bring back the Italian version!

i drove through because the whopper juniors are on sale 2 for $5. i naturally had to special order them "my way," which they prepared perfectly. i spent hardly any time in line, and my whopper juniors tasted great.

Parking: huge parking lot with a traffic light to get you in and out.

My family attended a youth rally at the Pentecostal campgrounds and needed a quick meal before we drove back to Baton Rouge. Went to Whataburger, line was too long. Went to McDonald’s, waited a few minutes in the drive thru line. Got up to the speaker at 11:00pm, and they shut off the menu. I guess that was closing time. Went to BK, drive right up, placed our order. They did ask us to pull around, but within a few minutes brought out our food. Everything was fresh, hot, and special orders were accurate. Even put a variety of sauces in the bags without asking. This will be our late night stop from now on. Good job BK!

Let me say this. Watching Bro with the boots and the dreads, is literally like Playoff Jordan. My man is taking orders, cooking the food, running PR, dealing with Karen’s, cleaning the kitchen and delivering orders perfectly. The location was short handed, but nobody in the world can say the employees were doing anything less than their best and as nice as they could be. Food was good, vibes were better.
