“Fantastic experience. Placed a pickup order at 6:58pm unknowingly the store closed at 7. When I realized, I called to see if it would be cancelled. Dustin answered and said don’t worry about it, we’ll make it fresh for you. Not only was my order brought out hot and quick to my car after the restaurant was technically closed, he even threw in an extra 8 count nugget! Right on brand for CFA. Service like this is a a breath of fresh air - especially for the CENLA area. Thanks Dustin!“

“I think the issue with the new drive thru is how the numbers are being issued. I believe one person should be responsible for placing numbers on cars as they enter this will allow those who enter 1st to leave 1st. As it stands you may be in line 2 or 3, but due to the merging of these lines you are delayed vs line 1. I’m not a logistics expert so.“

“I recently had Southern Classic Chicken in Pineville, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The highlight of my meal was undoubtedly the fried chicken—crispy on the outside, moist and flavorful on the inside. It was perfection!
The rice served along with the chicken was equally delicious, complementing the main dish wonderfully. It added an extra layer of satisfaction to the meal.
However, one minor issue I encountered was the absence of hot sauce availableity. I would recommend the management to consider hot sauce available to enhance the overall dining experience.
Another observation was that the restaurant doesn't provide bags by default.“
