Customer service is very bad. The guy at the drive thru window don’t have a care in the world. Not helpful at all. My food was cold as the ice cream. Only thing good was the ice cream that my husband got.

I bought a large cookie dough blizzard and literally only had one chunk of cookie dough, very pathetic. They cost way too much to be made so poorly!! Would not recommend ever going to this place again!

Best strawberry milkshake I have had in a very long time.
The manager Mrs. Key was highly disrespectful to her employees and customers complaining that she had been there since 9 am. She spoke very rudely through the drive thru speaker and window. The young who brought our food out was very respectful though and lovely. I don’t know about y'all but I would much rather wake up at 8 so I don’t see a reason to complain about coming in at 9
