Great food! I went with friends, and the cashier Nathan helped a lot with my order, very polite. The sandwich was hot and delicious! Will be back!

Normally I just go to subway and get a triple meat or something like that but this time I was passing by this establishment. I was kind of nervous but the work there Mr. Nathan made me feel super at home and assured me that I would have not only the same triple meat as subway but a BETTER quality of meat. And boy was he right.

We have been on the phone for 25 mins. Until we got acknowledged on the phone. While the lady is consistently taking orders amin the restaurant. Never got greeted on the phone or NOTHING. then after she said welcome to firehouse subs on the phone she sat the phone back down without it on mute and she went back to taking orders.
They are a welcoming crew and the food is very good
Over priced to begin with and then they try to nickle and dime you twice more after paying. This isn't a tipping establishment. Pay your employees and make your own donations. You're a billion dollar company.
