I placed an order on line at 4:33, said I would pick it up at 5:00. Got there at 5:05. Employees were standing there to tell me they didn’t have any extra crispy & would I take original. I said no & was told it would be 20 minutes. I came back was told another 5 or 10 minutes. I got my order. Got home the tub of chicken was soggy with oil.

Went to KFC in Pineville La at 11:15 am. They informed me that they would not be open for another 20 minutes. They are supposed to open at 10:30 am. What is the problem. I’m sure they lost a few customers because I know I left and didn’t return. Something should be done about this.

Used an Any Box 8.99 coupon for lunch.Got to eat the Slaw and Mash Potatoes and Gravy and Biscuit.All chicken was dark like either old or over cooked.Forced the Leg down, threw the 2 thighs in the trash, where they should had been and not given to a customer!

Rude staff, and they take FOREVER. I had my order placed an hour in advance, and I was waiting there 25 extra minutes for my food. The store was not busy at all, they’re just lazy and kinda stupid. The food was not prepared correctly, and was undercooked. Plus, they completely forgot multiple items that I paid for. I wouldn’t go to this kfc until they hire competent staff. Just go to the kfc in Alexandria, you’ll get it faster.

Had the 8pc nugget combo for lunch.The nuggets tasted fresh and hot, fries retained a lil more grease than I prefer but they were edible and their crispy flavor was good and loved that the bisquit wasn't saturated in butter like Popeyes.Atmosphere only gets 1 star because, I will say to the owners. It's time to update/refresh that building ?. It's had better days!
We have a very large family, so we ordered over $100 worth of food. Not only were the associates and manager EXTREAMLY kind and not seeming bothered, but the manager quickly called me to let me kniw the coleslaw had been forgotten. We WILL be returning customers.
