Place an order at 8:09 online. At 8:13 it said our pizza was in the oven Came at 8:26 through the drive thru when order should've of been ready. Chunky blonde hair lady came to the window at 8:31 and said the order wasn't ready told us to pull around after she let the two cars in front of us sit there and wait. At 8:37 I went inside and asked about my pizza and she said it wasn't ready still and had an attitude when I asked about why it wasn't ready seeing as we order at 8:09. I sat down next to another gentleman who had been waiting a while. When my order was ready she didn't say anything just held out the pizza and the gentleman and I looked at each other confused because she didn't say for who. Order was finally done at 8:45. This location needs to do a better job because this is not the first time this has happen.

The pizza is okay for the price. It's best when it's fresh. It's not nearly as good afterwards but still edible. I've tried multiple times to request a well done pizza with a double cut, which they offer. I get home to find a plainly cooked and regular cut pizza. Not enough to keep me from going again, but annoying nonetheless.

Store is very unprofessional, rude and unorganised. After sitting over 20 minutes waiting on our and watching other customers after us get there stuff and leave. When we went inside to get a refund for the order the one in Charge Candice then proceeded to ignore us and act like we wasn’t in the store.

Places an online order last night for Stuffed Crust Cheese sauce Pretzel Pizza . We live in Pollock. We were given Red sauce. We called they were to replace it today. My husband went there showed my order confirmation and explained the situation. They made us a pretzel pizza with cheese sauce BUT not stuffed crust as it was supposed to be. I don’t even feel like calling to explain they MESSED UP AGAIN…. Just disappointed

They NEVR ANSWER the phone. Second weekend I’ve tried to call to see if they have a wait on pizza just to drive there see no cars waiting & being told it’s a wait about 25 minutes. If they answer the phone it’ll be nice

I ordered 3 pizzas and a large soda, total of $32, I paid with a $100 bill and she didn't want to charge me with that bill, she said not to have $68 in change, it's completely ridiculous that she doesn't have $68 in cash, they just do it so they don't make more pizzas all the time, bad service, don't get a job if you're not going to do it... bad, bad service, lazy people. SHE SAID THE STORE HAS A POLICY THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY MORE THAN $80 IN PIZZA TO BE ABLE TO PAY WITH $100.

I always have problems with this location. The food is always cold or not cooked all the way. I want a pizza not pizza dough. Being busy is not a good enough reason to not cooked food all the way let alone a damn pizza. Plus trying to get them to answer the phone just to get a refund is harder than paying your taxes. This location is a joke and ran by teenagers
