Waited in a reserve spot for over 10 minutes and watched 8 other vehicles get the food quicker. Two of them parked after I did in the reserve spots. Next time I decide to go to this McDonalds I’ll just wait at the window so they can’t forget about me

Just throw the whole thing in the trash and start over. This McD's is dirty, I don't think they wipe anything down at all. Service is slow and one of the workers was rude, acted like I did something wrong when I asked if the order I was grabbing was mine. Not my fault you mumble ignorantly and we can't understand you... This "fast food" place is slower than most real restaurants, waited 15 minutes or longer for our food and it was cold. My son's happy meal only had 10 fries in it (I counted). They forgot his ranch as well, but asking for ranch at the counter was not worth the hassle. Another guy that was in there before us got his food after us, and it was just him. 30 minutes for one order? I could go on about others things but the point is that this place is a joke. Also, this is my first review I have ever made, never felt the need to do one, but this dump was so bad I felt like I had to say something.

Waited 15 minutes after ordering at the kiosk. Empty restaurant only 1 other person there who ordered after I did. The staff was in the back yelling at each other. Finally go to ask about my order and the clueless lady says she never saw it. Happens all the time at this location. Garbage location

To start with pulled to drive thru to place order ( had mobile app order ) advised employee of this took her 10 Minutes to located my mobile app order pulled on up to pickup window with a ( manager ) window kept trying to hand me multiple orders that was not mine took quit a while to located mobile order manager had attitude from something that was her and the store fault ! Was missing multiple things from order once I received it ! This location needs to really get it together very sad
I don't know who just made my Big Mac. I got a Big Mac like about 5-10 minutes ago and whoever made my Big Mac deserves a raise because they added the extra Big Mac sauce like I asked. I really do appreciate that and they added the extra mayo to my hot and spicy just did amazing and it tastes great and listen to our order thank you so much! Whoever this cook is please shout him out I really need to know because they did amazing and they deserve to hear it!!!!
