I was given the wrong size drink. The cashier argued with me until she finally looked at my receipt. Instead of making a new drink she literally poured the wrong drink into a larger cup and added more ice in front of my face. At least try to hide it and be dishonest around a corner or something.

Just used the men's restroom here at 0600 and it was gross. With urine on the floor around the urinals. Urinals had not been wiped down, I'm not sure if the night shift didn't complete their tasks or if day shift did not do it before opening at 0500. Either way a manager should have ensured the restrooms were cleaned prior to opening.

this mcdonald’s is HORRIBLE, waited 10 minutes for one carmel frappe just for it to be clumpy, the ice wasn’t blended, couldn’t even drink the coffee.

Waited in a reserve spot for over 10 minutes and watched 8 other vehicles get the food quicker. Two of them parked after I did in the reserve spots. Next time I decide to go to this McDonalds I’ll just wait at the window so they can’t forget about me
Just throw the whole thing in the trash and start over. This McD's is dirty, I don't think they wipe anything down at all. Service is slow and one of the workers was rude, acted like I did something wrong when I asked if the order I was grabbing was mine. Not my fault you mumble ignorantly and we can't understand you... This "fast food" place is slower than most real restaurants, waited 15 minutes or longer for our food and it was cold. My son's happy meal only had 10 fries in it (I counted). They forgot his ranch as well, but asking for ranch at the counter was not worth the hassle. Another guy that was in there before us got his food after us, and it was just him. 30 minutes for one order? I could go on about others things but the point is that this place is a joke. Also, this is my first review I have ever made, never felt the need to do one, but this dump was so bad I felt like I had to say something.
