Atmosphere seems to be better than what it was except for the assistant manager or general manager. She is always screaming at the top of her lungs at her employees. Customers do not need to hear that. Most mornings when I go there they have a young lady that has facial jewelry and she is very courteous and sweet and very quiet and she always thanks me for my patronage and she would make a great manager there.

Ordered a bacon bagel meal Get up the road and open it to find a burnt steak mcgriddle. With half the. Cheese melted to the wrapper. Straight garbage. Like how damn hard is it to get the correct food to the correct people?? Never will stop at this McDonald's again

I just went in to McDonald's at 11:35am and tried to order at the kiosk and there was a roach crawling in the lobby on top of the divider, the one closest to the drink machine. I stopped my order and just left, I could not eat there after seeing that. I understand that it's a restaurant and I've worked in a kitchen years ago, but when the roaches reach the lobby I'm assuming that there's a larger problem behind the counter in the kitchen. My family and I frequent this location too often and I was completely disappointed.

My family and I have gone to this McDonalds on 28 east for many years . Given them thousands of dollars. Never again . First off , I go through McDonalds every morning and get a large mocha frappe . There is one lady that works the drive thru that is disrespectful , and very rude . I’ve had just about all I’m going to take from her. Secondly , I went through the drive thru a week ago and ordered a meal for myself and my coworkers which came up to a total of $24. When I got to work, I realized they gave me someone else’s order. I called and they said that everything was fine that they would replace my order on another day. when I go to get it replaced, she tells me which is a manager by the way that she will not replace a large order like that after she just talked to me on the phone and told me that she would. So needless to say I will never go back to this McDonald’s again. I will go out of my way and go to Kingsville every day

Ordered at the touch screen, option to oay was cash. The screen said proceed to counter. I waited at least 10 minutes before i was waited on to pay. After paying there were customers coming in getting their orders and leaving. After about 20 more minutes I finally got an employee and she said they were cooking the meat. Finally got it and the meat was burned. Not to mention, there was no ice in drink machine. I asked for ice at the counter and they were out, then gave me the cup back and told me to go to the drive through. They went in the back somewhere and got me a cup! Fun times in pineville, LA

I was given the wrong size drink. The cashier argued with me until she finally looked at my receipt. Instead of making a new drink she literally poured the wrong drink into a larger cup and added more ice in front of my face. At least try to hide it and be dishonest around a corner or something.

Just used the men's restroom here at 0600 and it was gross. With urine on the floor around the urinals. Urinals had not been wiped down, I'm not sure if the night shift didn't complete their tasks or if day shift did not do it before opening at 0500. Either way a manager should have ensured the restrooms were cleaned prior to opening.
