Friendly service, but they kept my bag in the back for 15 minutes and my food was room temperature. I literally was looking at it wondering if it was mine and they finally asked who my order was for, and handed me the bag.

I am very understanding when a place is busy, but today was just bad. The manager was yelling at her employees and customers, everything was slow, and a busy day turned into a cluster fast.

This is by far the MOST disgusting and extremely unprofessional McDonalds I've ever been to in my life and I hope that something changes there. We spent nearly $30.00 with this facility. I will never stop there again. Its so pointless to leave a comment bc I know that I can't get my money back and nobody cares. I waited nearly 30 minutes for my food, then I waited 25 minutes for my incorrect order to be corrected, apparently their toaster broke while I was there so my "corrected" order had stale buns, cheese cold and hard. The staff does not say "oh sorry for your wait or our apologies for xyz they just act like the customers are the problem. They actually don't speak at all. And it is a hard pill to swallow when you spend that kind of money. Please don't say that McDonald's is short staffed bc there were employees on break eating and eating McDonald's food while the chaos was going on. There were food number signs on tables with nobody there, there were napkins, old food and soda drops on all the tables and employees were on break sitting amongst all of this. The manager would not even make contact with customers she in the dark green collared shirt acted as though customers had not been waiting for over 30 minutes (no joke I can provide time and date)to order and that I had been waiting the same amount of time to have my burgers remade. She did however have time to joke about customers food with the guy preparing our food. Which isn't funny when you are sending out wrong orders and disgusting food. That's beyond unprofessional. And the manager at the same time is using her cellphone while handling food and the person collecting money is also handling the food. All the while the manager is complaining about her higher up not answering the phone to get the toaster fixed and she's hollering for Ethan to get tools from his personal vehicle to help fix it. And still she doesn't look or pay any attention to the customers. I waited50 min total for my food and for it one remade and it was disgusting yet the manager didn't care so it's worth it for me type this. Do better stop being lazy. It's gross.

Being sitting in curbside pickup for 30 minutes waiting on my food. Only 2 workes inside and it won't let me cancel my order so I can just leave and get my money back! RIDICULOUS!!!!

Today is the 3rd time in the past week that we have gone through the drive thru in the outside lane and was ignored. Several people that came after us that pulled up in the inside lane was served. If you are not going to serve the people that go through the outside lane then block it off so nobody goes up to it. Also tried to call to report it to the manager and nobody would answer the phone calls.

We came for lunch today, 12/11/24. We were in line for 27 minutes, BEFORE WE EVEN ORDERED. Then gorl at the drive through was an incompetent dei or something. On top of that, of the 4 cars in front of me, and thats total for both lanes... Only 4 cars and 3 of those drivers just sat ther, and sat, and sat. Myself and others had to tell them to pull up and 1 guy was so bad the other cars were cutting him off. If I didnt triple check when ordering, I would not have received my order, as the girl working was not bright at all. NEVER AGAIN HERE. I d k what it is, people in this area make it so difficult.

Parking: McDonald's, at least this one, needs to hire a better class of people. At least people who work with a sense of urgency.

I’ve done curbside twice and each time I have put the order in 15min prior and end up having to leave before I get my food because I have to get back to work. I went in today 12/11 and was ignored and then told they don’t have it even though I put in the number. I wait and then it pops up and they proceed to push the button to clear it. I am disappointed in the lack of care and professionalism.

Everything we order from here gets screwed up. Order a big Mac no diced onions and extra big Mac sauce...you actually get onions and NO big Mac sauce.

We have to pay more because of inflation but they still don't care about customer service.

Will never buy food here again. McDonald’s food just is not that good any more anyway but my husband still likes going there and I have given in and run through the drive thru with him on the way to the deer woods. Two times in a row they messed up our order. The last time my husband ordered a 20-piece nuggets with BBQ sauce, he only got 10 nuggets and no sauce. However, the next time was the proverbial straw. I had ordered the quarter pounder DELUXE with bacon specifically so I would have lettuce and tomato on my burger but they were missing, the meat was dry and bread over warmed, the bacon however was under-cooked. Even though the white tag they put on the box that my burger was in, said “quarter pounder deluxe”, I still only got the Quarter Pounder. The fries were so soggy and cold that I threw them away because I just could not eat them. I spent $28 for the two of us to eat and literally had to throw half the food away because it wasn’t fit to eat. I wish I had taken pictures.
There won’t be a third chance for them to get it right!!!
