I was told to wait a moment, I waited three cars after that. So I backed up and got in the other lane and was served immediately. Extremely rushed and rude! Then I pull to the window to pay and they are fighting,screaming about how one SAID she is only taking a certain window. I know this is McDonald's, but McDonald's should do better as far as who they are hiring. We are humans ,not street rats . Im disgusted, it makes me wonder how the food is being handled.

We are traveling through and ordered on the app, went through the drive thru just to be told that the system isn’t working and we HAVE to get down. Then they “lost” our order. I know better next time. Edit:: after waiting 30 minutes for our food after they claimed to find it, they left out a burger and nuggets! They said they “added a basket of fries since we have been waiting” but it was all cold :/ now i DEFINITELY know not to go back!

My friend and I ordered the McDonaldland meal separately on door dash. Y’all forgot the McDonaldland collectible in mine and my friend’s Sprite. The service also tends to be slow when we go there.
Every time we go to McDonald's on Monroe highway, they're always out of something you never can get the meal that you ordered. And if you do, you wait a very long time to get it, this place sucks

First and foremost I never leave a review on anything. I just go about my day, but honestly they need to start all over with this McDonalds. It took someone 10 mins to even greet me so I can pay. My fries were cold and I didn’t get my food until 13 min later. While I’m waiting so many other peoples food were messed up or mixed up. That’s ridiculous.

Absolutely terrible service. Watched the employees laugh at an older gentleman having trouble with the kiosk. It’s a sad world we live in when people would rather laugh at someone than help them.

If I can post 0 stars I would. Coming from out of town to simply stop by to get a quick breakfast cost me 25 mins waiting for my food and delayed my trip. Go to Burger King down the street any other place instead on this low tier and slow moving McDonald's. But hey if you like your food cold and have all the time in the world by all means this is your place to be. NEVER AGAIN!
